we bought a nice Honda accord from Janex last year im going back to buy another car this week for my wife my credit isn't the greatest and there was a documentation fee from the finance company but it was easy and straight forward
I found this site by accident and am surprised at some of the reviews i see i have recommended them to many people and i know a few have purchased here and been delighted
I just called them and im looking at a Lexus now and they were really helpful i will post another review on that later

WARNING!!!

Do not waste your hard earned savings on this dealer's vehicles! You will be ripped off by Savcho Zahariev the owner of Janex Auto Sales. He runs a horrible business,and taking advantage of his customers by giving out unsafe cars with a lot of problems. When it comes to financing the vehicles be very careful of what you are about to sign! They have hidden administration and documentation fees which makes your payment go higher for no reason. It's a rip-off place where many unhappy people bought cars in the past and they all regret it.

I am looking at a second car and previously bought a great honda from them and had a great experience im surprised at what i see here and found this site by accident when i was searching for Janex website
did you actually buy a car from there ? there was a finance doc fee from the finance company not from them as my credit wasn't so great they helped me get established again
seems sad that if you didn't buy a car from them to be saying such damaging things I had a small problem with my last car and they dealt with it straight away !
im going back to buy my wife's new car there and expect the same good service im surprised what i see here !

This dealer keep chasing me to get my car home after one day from agreeing to buy the car. Even though I am still manage to get my insurance for car registration. They told me that they will drive my car to my home and I am on my own to register for car. Very bad service.

We were treated just the way we would like....great service from Faysal on the purchase of our Toyota Camry.....everything went very smooth......car was clean and ready to be picked up....with no hitches....We would definitely buy another vehicle anytime from Janex......We will recommend them to our friends for sure...thanks again Faysal for the great service...you are the man

It is next to impossible to fix problems with your car after you pay even though you tell them before hand neither under 1000km-1month warranty. The owner is very RUDE and uneducated. Don't talk to him at all cost! If you really want to buy from them, make sure that every little things that you want to fix especially the safety related issues be done before you hand you payment otherwise your on your own. Their safety certificate is a joke, I think they are just getting those certificate without actually inspecting the car. I bough BMW from them on October 2015, I was surprise that the safety inspection did not see both springs were broken.
My advice - go somewhere else!

1. We were told that the truck had two fobs - at delivery there was only one. Faysal promised he would either find it or purchase a new one for us. Finally after about a week of the company not returning our calls and my husband calling everyday they finally spoke to him and agreed to purchase one that we provided a quote for. My husband went to the place to pick up the new fob and had instructions to call Janex for them to pay for, it. The remote company made a mistake and the price was approximately $30 more then we quoted Janex. Janex told my husband that he was a lier and that was not the price they agreed on. Finally they rudely agreed to pay.
2. ,We were told we were required to buy GAP insurance and the bank wouldn't consider our application if we didn't get this. After agreeing to this insurance I phoned the bank and was told that this insurance is totally optional and not required for a loan. In the contract for the extra insurance, it stated that we have 30 days to cancel. My husband stopped by after the key incident to pick up the ownership (which wasn't provided to us on delivery) and handed a letter to Faysal stating that we believe we were misinformed about the GAP insurance and we were cancelling it. Right away the Faysal became upset and stated that was not true. Faysal and coworkers became rude and very unprofessional. At that time there was another customer in the store. The other customer came over to my husband and father in law and asked if there was an issue with the dealership. My father Inlaw started that the company had mislead us into believing certain things and if they hadn't purchased a car yet, they should just walk away. This made the staff extremely upset and yelled at my father in law to go wait in the car "or they wouldn't refund the GAP insurance ($1500) " they then called my husband and father in law inappropriate names and got right in there faces in a threatening way, and told them to leave the store or they would call the police. My husband and father in law left. I received an email from Faysal a few hours later with a police report that they had filed against my husband. The report stated that they feared my husband would come come back and harm them or their company. Thy also stated in the report if we put anything on social media about their company they would take us to court.
I called the insurance company in which the GAP insurance was bought through. They informed me that Janex has not canceled my policy.
3. At delivery I asked Faycal what a disclosure statement was before I signed that I received it. He told me that it was the safety and etest papers that they have. He did not provide me with a true disclosure statement and lied to me what it was. It was only when my husband went to pickup the ownership that he asked for the disclosure and we leaned that the car was in an accident. The staff pretty much laughed at my husband saying that we signed off that we received it. On the bill of sale they did not list the specific repairs of the car - it only listed prices. Faycal never explained it to us. He actually told us when we were first looking at the car that it had never been in an accident. The report we finally got said that it was in two.
4. Other things that Faycal did to manipulate us: he added $499 to the bill of sale for anti theft protection. This was never discussed at all, and was not included in the original bill of sale. He added it later to the second bill of sale at delivery. He also told us that he "knocked" off $800 from the price. This again was not true. At doe delivery he also told us that he had an appointment and only had a few mins.
I believe that Faysl fulling took advantage of us and lied to get a sale. He was not honest about the GAP insurance, what a disclosure statement was, and that the car was in 2 accidents.

I liked one of their car and it had a tiny rust on it, the guy said he will fix it but he didn't. Really bad customer service. After you buy the car they will not do any thing which comes under 30 day warrenty. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to any one. Don't go there for the sake of God.

I have had issues with this business. The government had to get involved to force them to fix my car that I had purchased there, which was under warrantee. They have had it for a month and refuse to tell me where my car is at right now. The owner sent it to 4 different places to get fixed. Other mechanics have agreed that this business is taking me on a roller coaster and simply do not want to fix it properly. Instead of installing a New part that i need they keep trying new things.
Take my advise and never go there!!!

They are taking advantage and I am about to pursuit this further. I hope they see this message and try and contact me!

Wow.oh Wow. Cannot say enough of the great deal, service and nice people at Janex Auto. Brought Ford Ranger..vehicle way better than expected. Rarely do I give praise..but listen folks..Janex Auto I'm recommending.

Good car, but terrible service. The sales rep promised to make fixes to the car so that I agreed to buy, then claimed they weren't necessary after I signed the purchase agreement. When I complained the owner yelled at me and tried to bully me.

I'm currently pursuing an OMVIC complaint against this dealership, and while I was researching process I disovered that their license was revoked in the past: http://www.omvic.on.ca/info/enforcement/lat/LAT_2005-03-30.pdf
