Firstly we’ll meet you at your property armed with all necessary equipment. Before any cleaning begins there’ll need to be room for us to work – that means any furniture that’s blocking our access to your carpet will need to be moved. Pads will be placed underneath them just in case. Then, the hot water extraction machine will be set up. While this is happening we’ll inspect your carpet and identify the exact material it’s made of. Any obvious stains and dirt will be pre-treated with appropriate detergents. Once that’s done we’ll use the special machine to spray hot water under high pressure onto your carpet. Simultaneously, the fabric will be vacuumed. With that process completed approximately 95% of your carpets moisture will be extracted, and all the ingrained dirt with it. Take note that the drying process can take about three hours – it’s recommended that you open a nearby window to speed it up! You’ll be left with overshoes that need to be worn for the first hour after your carpet cleaning services have been completed. Please be aware that due to the weight of the machinery we use parking will need to be provided close to your premises.
