I recently was in the market for a new vehicle. Being relatively new to London and having always driven a "Ford" I decided to visit a couple of Ford dealerships to check out my options. I was immediately impressed by the pre-owned sales staff at Highbury Ford. They were courteous, attentive, very willing and able to answer my questions and satisfactorily deal with my concerns..
The sales person that I dealt with was Moe Al-Farawi, who is realitively new at this position but was very pleasant to deal with and with the great help and support of the asst. sales manager Cal, we were able to finalize a deal. I found all the rest of the sales staff and receptionist also very friendly and helpful.
The show room was extremely clean and the cars in it were very nicely presented, that made a good first impression on me as soon as I walked into the dealership.
