Smartfix - Springfield Town Center

The location at the Springfield Mall is terrible! I went in for an easy fix that I've had done on another device previously - a screen repair on an iPhone. They "fixed" the screen, but in the process they removed the connection to the switch allowing me to toggle between vibration and sound. While repairing the second issue, they damaged the M7 chip - the motion chip - and now my phone won't rotate orientation. I've spent over 4 hours trying to get to a manager but am being prevented by staff. They broke my phone, plain and simple, and now they are refusing to fix it!
