AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!......IT IS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!!
What is suppose to be a secure community has repeated issues with a secure gate and been the subject of numerous thefts! Non-residents flood the community pool and amenities, speed through the complex, and enter through the exit gate at will. Office Personnel do nothing about complaints of slamming doors and upstairs neighbors daily running and jumping.
Rules do not apply to the Property Manager in particular (Sherry) and the rest of the Office Personnel. Living rent free is not good enough for them. They threaten to tow vehicles at will yet blatantly ignore common sense rules themselves. Double standards and abuse of position are the real issue here! Property Manager is not fit for the position she holds and blocks residents concerns from being seen by members of the community.
Personally witnessed her with several glass beer and alcohol bottles in the pool area, smoking, allowing one of her drunk family members verbally harass residents nearby and threaten to pull a knife when told to go away, and even retaliated against us for making a complaint to Mark Taylor Corporate by throwing dog poop on our patio. Her family and guests proceeded to ignore three different requests by security to remove the glass from the area. She merely reminded him that she was the GM and sat there doing nothing.
Had my account deactivated so I threatened to pay them with 185,000 pennies for rent. Activated my account just long enough to pay my rent, but since deactivated it again to prevent from communicating with other residents.
Is this a place you want to really live with Management like that? Your choice!
