I bought my suzuki aerio with these guys and all I can say is that they have very competitive prices and a gold post sale customer service. My car is running good.

Stay away from this dealership. A.J BEST BUY AUTO.
Google them and you'll see that they have two complains against them at the BBB, I'm sure there are more than two unhappy buyers, I know I am!
They will give you a bogus A-PROTECT warranty of 12 months or 12,000k, but they won't give you an A-PROTECT number, so when you have problems, to A-PROTECT you don't exist!
Their cars have big issues (gaskets, seals), big money issues which they won't disclose. They know that there's nothing anyone can do about it. OMVIC, and UCDA are totally useless, and small claims court can't force them to pay you.
They are sneaky and know how lax the laws are, once you drive away it's your problem.
They told me that they sprayed the under chassis of the car with rust proof as a favour, but in reality it was to hide the smell of burning oil! My transmission had a rear seal leak, and was running almost on empty for 3,000K!
The driver's side passenger seat belt had a slit, I asked him how it could pass safety, and Dmitri told me that it must have happened after I bought it, I haven't done anything to compromise that seat belt, it was like that when I bought it!
The Impreza I bought on December 21, 2011 got diagnosed with a $2000 head gasket issue on March 1st, by a Subaru dealership, about 2 months after I bought the car, and surprise, surprise, I have no warranty! I tried to talk to Alex and got the run around, and no A-PROTECT number.
(**March 15- got a second opinion from a reputable Subaru mechanic, and he confirmed the head gaskets need to be replaced, he also commented that it should have NEVER passed safety!)
STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS... VERY FAR AWAY, I KNOW I WISH I HAD!!
There are more reputable dealers in the GTA, A.J BEST BUY AUTO is not!
And Dmitri or Alex if you see this ad up, there's nothing you can do about it, since I'm telling the truth you can't accuse me of slander!

hi, i am a rep from the warranty company. you recieved a copy of the warranty from AJ Best Buy, this copy has ALL the numbers that you need, you were required to activate the plan, during activation process you would be explained what you have and you would be given an option to upgrade. plus to all of this, if you can post a review here you could have googled a-protect and get the numbers. we have hundereds of thousands of clients, so if you were upset there's other ways of dealing with it, i am sure Alex from AJ Best Buy is a reasonable guy and he would have helped you. all the best to you. and a little advice-complains lead to nowhere, ok.
Hi, I have also bad experience with this A.j. Best buy auto. Before I bought they promise me so much, finally they did only e-rest and safety. I can not trust their safety Test .My car said air bag out. How it pass safety test. They told me they clean everything. But inside so smokey smell, no one can sit inside my car for a few minute. Also sales advisors customer sercice so bad.
I bought a 2005 mazda from AJ Best Buy and they did everything I asked. The price was good I tryed to negotiate but they were firm and I knew the price was good so I eased off. It looks like there is still honest dealers out there. I will for sure come back to buy my next car from these guys. Its been 6 months and my car runs great. So Thank you Alex and Eli for your great service.
