The simplicity in functionality is what attracted me towards MultiFlex RMS system. This is the first RMS system installed in my company and I’m really happy that I chose MultiFlex. The best thing about the software is that it is easy for the end user. The staff was quite comfortable using it and the support staff really helped in setting up the entire thing. The training sessions were crisp and easy to understand. Moreover, it keeps track of inventory and has a great matrix system. The periodic reports help us in the decision making process and I believe it is thus far the best RMS available in the market. The support team has been impeccable and one could not ask for more from these highly knowledgeable people. I would recommend MultiFlex to anyone setting up their first RMS because trust me, it’s worth it.
