iCell Repair

This company puchased a Tmobile phone in excellent condition from me on Amazon. Then they did an A-Z claim stating that the "phone will not charge". I tell them to send the phone back and I will issue a refund when received in same condition as they received it. However, they sent me a cracked up broken, damaged phone that is US Cellular brand and cannot work at all. The phone was stripped down to junk! They didnt include accessories or anything! They are in the process of scamming me and Amazon is allowing it to happen. Why would someone claim a phone wont charge and send back a phone that is clearly not the phone you sent them! Amazon tends to always side with the buyer and the crooks have picked up on it successfully. They just ripped me off of my phone and are trying to get their money back as Amazon aids them in doing so. I am so dissapointed in Amazon! It only takes a little bit of investigating to solve this issue, but they refuse to do so and the thief wins! ICELL Repair, God will deal with you and you will reap what you sow! Thats a promise!
