We were pressured about purchasing a quad when we had cold feet. And on top of that Ryan ensured my husband that the company would cover the first three months of payments. So obviously we assumed payments would not come out of our account for the first 3 months. Only to be charged before the quad had even been delivered to us. We then wanted out and Ryan said it was too late to back out because there had been a payment already, solidifying the contract. And to top if off the numbers on our paperwork doesnt match the quad so we are unable to even ensure it, they were informed of this issue a month ago and have still not sent us new paper work. So now we are stuck with this quad and empty promises. These promises are verbal AND in writing. My partner has called and has been avoided many times, and when he does finally speak to someone they just lie more and more, continuing to feed us with empty promises. How can you in good conscience allow your customers to be treated this way? Terrible customer service. It is evident by your lack of communication and regard for this situation that you are only after the money and have no care for people. I will be warning everyone about your business and lack of honesty so that no one else gets roped in by out right lies and empty promises.

This is the best experience I have ever had . Gord And Shawna were amazing , thoughtful , fast and convient! I’ve been trying to get out a bad loan for over a year and no one could help , I spoke to them and they had me approved and got me out of my terrible loan I had in just a couple days ! They honestly care about the customers and putting a smile on their face knowing they helped and got them exactly what they wanted ! Phenomenal service and I got the truck I’ve always wanted !

just bought a GMC Terrain from this store, at first the service is really good but unfortunately it was just a disguise. they said the vehicle i bought was a steal, they are going to replace the broken windshield that i noticed and they are going to replace all the brake pads. they did an AMVIC inspection but the inspection was not true, a couple of stud bolts were loose thread which is a safety issue, the side mirror switch is not functioning and has a broken fender cover underneath. the broken windshield they said they will replace was secretly added to the price and after bringing it home, just did a car wash and the vehicle information display is showing that the stabilitrax has a problem, abs display stayed on and the all wheel drive has issues. i immediately inform the dealership and they said they did the inspection and i bought it as wholesale so they cannot help me out, i think, the meaning of wholesale in this dealership is buying the vehicle with the problems inclusive.

as much as i wanted to help in sales by endorsing the dealership to the people i know who has plans of buying vehicles but the dealership does not know customer satisfaction, they would rather play deaf and blind to the complains the customer has with the vehicle they bought.
