After going to a hand full of other novacare locations in the past and some hospital outpatient groups, this particular novacare location was my only bad experience. Difficulty in receiving a consistent plan of care for me despite what my doctor specifically ordered. Unfriendly staff more concerned with their own needs. Paperwork Not prepared for my discharge day and incomplete when received. Communication poor between staff and patient. Front desk person insisted I had not pad for 1 visit when I had proof of all credit card receipts. Yet the payment paper THEY PROVIDED TO ME showed payment for that day. Still tried to make some nonscenical reason for THEIR mistake. E-mail complaints sent to main office. Did get 1 response back of an issue promised to take care of which was not done. Ignored my following valid 2 e-mails as if my complaints were unimportant. No excuse for that which could have avoided this bad review. Constructive criticism to improve. I am a health care professional which I never shared with novacare on purpose. I clearly observed their mistakes due to my knowledge. I do not recommend to anyone
