just bought another vehicle from boundary ford , i traded in my 18 month year old f 150 xlt sport for a new lariat f 150, i have to say the deal i got was awesome and the truck is awesome, thanks ricky paul for once again going out your way to get the best deal for me you know i will be back

The whole staff did everything to make sure they could get us into a new vehicle within our price range. Amanda was amazing to deal with. She explored every option and detail we wanted. We left two days later with our dream truck! We are so happy with our experience and are enjoying our new Ford!

I recently traded in my old truck for my first new vehicle. Opey was incredibly helpful and was always there to make sure we got the best deal possible. He took all my requests seriously and always tried to get everything I wanted added to the deal. Brett was also amazing and super helpful in making sure the finalizing went smooth and the deal was set up how we wanted. There was a small mix up with how long service took to put in my new car starter, but they were incredibly sorry and even gave me a free loaner vehicle so I could get to work and run my day errands while I waited for my new escape! I recently went in to purchase mud flaps and the staff were equally as friendly and helpful as the day I purchased my vehicle. I absolutely love my new escape it is exactly what I was hoping for and I've been very impressed with their high quality service at Boundary.

I recently purchased a used vehicle at Boundary Ford. Matt was amazing and did everything he could to make the vehicle affordable for us. Upon safety inspection they found a serious problem. Even though I had already purchased the vehicle they are fixing it for me. Just goes to show how awesome the service department is and how thorough their inspections are. Excellent service by our technician, Thomas! We bring both our vehicles to him.....he knows what he is doing & and you don' t have to keep bringing your vehicle back for the little things other technicians forget or forgot to do, therefore generating another service call. Kudo's to Thomas!!

We receive excellent service every time we go to Boundary Ford Service department. Sean and his staff are very friendly and efficient. Sean always greets us by name and is very accommodating. It's hard to find that kind of service and friendliness these days. Sad but true! I did try to buy our new 2015 Ford King Ranch at Boundry Ford but their price wasn't even close to the deal I got from Grande Prairie, AB. We lived there 24 years.

Absolutely love the Ford F-150 Platinum and totally appreciate Jeremy Reiter for his knowledge of everything about vehicles I.e from engines to electronics to towing capacity. He was wonderful. So knowledgeable and so helpful in making me a very happy F150 owner.
