I had winter tires put on my vehicle. Got to quicklane at 7 and was ready to get a ride to work at 7:25. Sadly I waited 45 minutes for a ride that was willing to take me to vic square mall. This left me very late for work. My work involves me helping people that have made appointments to see me at particular times. If it wasn't for a coworker that was willing to come in and take my client, they would have been extremely upset. When I needed a ride back to bennett dunlop, I phoned and they told me they would phone back when a ride becomes available. 30min later they called back and said there would be a ride ready in 20-25 minutes. I understand delays but they should not me that long.

I was referred by a friend to try out Bennett's Body Shop and I couldn't be happier with the service. I went in with two SGI Claims, was booked-in in less than a week and was out in 4 days. They called to keep me informed and were graciously understanding on a time constraint I had.

I definitely recommend Bennett Dunlop Ford to anyone needing any work done.

Thank you!!

Hands down the most ridiculous place I've ever been to. The sales crew are very eager to take your money, but the management and the service crew suck beyond belief. Bought a 2012 Ford Edge and it was riddled with problems shortly after I took the 4 hour drive home. They knew I lived out of town and they knew how important it was I have a good, quality vehicle. I didn't get that. I got a lemon. Now, I have warranties they will not honor and I have repeatedly taken my case to the management and even to corporate Ford.

I am not getting anywhere and I am fed up. Great sales team, yes, but terrible otherwise.

Great salesmen but that's it. Where they excel at selling they suck at service. A year ago we bought a 2010 Ford Edge from Bennett Dunlop and already at the time the brakes were soft. The salesman, Scott, said he'd arrange a schedule to have the brakes done. This never happened. It's a year later and we've had to replace the brakes on our own at $1300. Whatever happened to customer service and backing up the guarantees and warranties that came with the sale? It just wasn't there.

Even when we did a report card review a month after the purchase of the Edge was made we pointed out this issue and instead of getting a call back or any attempt by this dealership to rectify the situation it was ignored. Messages were left. Ignored. Requests were made. Ignored.

When the brakes wound up getting replaced we showed photos to the dealership's management. They offered a lame $200 off in tires (because they're balding) if we buy all 4 tires from them. Really? We got a better deal for a far superior set of tires somewhere else and at a rate far lower than even their $200 off the price tag costs.

This is a terrible dealership to work with if you expect people to back the claims they make at the time they sell you your vehicle. They've failed in every category to satisfy a customer when it came down to service. All they care about are the sales, not the service.

I recently bought a non-Ford used vehicle from Bennett Dunlop. Showing up on a busy Saturday to 'just view' the vehicle I was not expecting interaction with sales folks. One of the sales team noticed us looking and although he was helping another customer he connected us with Brayden, an Assistant Sales Manager. Brayden had worked at the dealership which sold the brand of vehicle I was looking at and was able to relay information that helped move my decision forward. By taking time out of his busy day and allowing me an extended test of the vehicle I ended up making a deal the following Monday. The attention they gave to my trade in was impressive. The personal attention and demonstrated interest helped me make a decision that I was not expecting to make. I am very pleased to state that the customer service did not end with a signature on the bill of sale and the vehicle being driven off the lot. Although I did not purchase a Ford vehicle this time, they have stood behind the vehicle they sold and helped me understand what services they can still provide and what services the other dealership must provide due to warranty. Thanks Brayden - you showed professional customer service and you continue to do so.

Took my vehicle in for a fender bender repair - poor workmanship from the welding process started my vehicle on fire - no fire blanket was used and no fire extinguisher was readily available to minimize the damage - really a water bottle - major electrical damage - they are trying to minimize the problem - will not contact their ins. co. trying to cover it in house - have challenged them and they have treated me very poorly - I think if it goes their way all is well - if you challenge them they treat you very poorly - even refused a loner - and harassed the customer on site - their position is to do a fix up and give it back - from research - smoke damaged and fire damaged vehicles are generally written off due to the unknown path of the fire and the toxic chemicals chemicals of the melt- Benzene to be exact - Bennett Dunlop Regina is not taking full responsibility for their poor workmanship - Beware!!!!

The Quick Lane at Bennett Dunlop Ford is an amazing experience. I went there for my first time, and was floored that I didn't need an appointment. THey had my oil change done in 25 mins, topped up my tires which were low, and topped up all my fluids at no cost to me. I had a coffee at their awesome cafe and waiting area, and didn't want to leave when they were done. I was watching the fire place and enjoying my escape from the cold weather. THanks guys!

Great service… From helpful, to ‘open door policy’ (can walk out into the service area and see what’s going on with the work on your vehicle), to free coffee, to a free ride to your destination, if your vehicle will be a while… Recently they have expanded the service (shop) area which even makes for a speedier service…
And to top off the “Driving Change” experience… they offer a life time warranty on the power train of your new vehicle if you do the maintenance / oil changes there.. I’m happy I bought my new F150 FX4 Off Road Truck at Bennett Dunlop Ford!

I was in the market for a new vehicle, and my family has always driven Fords. My brother had bought a vehicle through Bennett a year or so prior, and highly recommended them (especially over Capital, where prices were higher and service had been severely lacking on his previous vehicle purchase).

This was my first time using a dealership, and purchasing a new vehicle. The atmosphere was welcoming and laid-back. I really felt like they were working with me to ensure I was getting a vehicle which suited me, and got the price and payments in a range that I could comfortably afford. I bought a brand new vehicle from Bennett Dunlop in April of 2011, and drove away feeling like I had made the right choice, 100% satisfied.

I was back a few months later for my first oil change, and my salesperson randomly spotted me on the lot. He called me by name and came to talk to me about how I was liking my new car. Again, I was thoroughly impressed, this time with being treated as though my business was highly valued. I've continued to get exceptional service from Bennett Dunlop, and plan on returning when it's time to upgrade to another vehicle. I already do, and will continue to refer anyone I know to this dealership.

I have never bought brand new before and this was a very good experience all around. I was from out of town and did most of my dealing over the phone. I got the best price and best value for my trade from Bennett Dunlop Ford in Regina. Staff were very professional but relaxed and showed a good sense of humour. There were a few imperfections with the vehicle (from shipping)and they were dealt with promptly and with no hassles. Definately would use this business in the furure.

I'm in the market so Bennett should be one on my radar. I came here following a Google search and found this review is really helpful. I don't want to do biz with them because it sounds they are trying to hide something from you. On their site, you can never get the full information like the price, mileage, model. On their Ads, no stock#. When you call in, the special is always sold out. Then they try to sale you other junk....no business. you are failed, Bennett Dunlop.

Very sorry to hear you had a poor experience with our dealership. I can assure that the lack of pricing, mileage, and specific models is not because we are trying to hide something. Mileage and specific models missing is due to an issue on the website that we are currently working to resolve. We don't typically price our vehicles because we want our sales team focused on finding you the right vehicle rather than just quoting you a price. Our managers can work with you on making the price work for your budget and getting you the best deal possible.

Went to used car lot to price a couple cars that I saw... I asked the first salesman i saw for the asking prices and was told he didn't know them but can give me a "ballpark idea." (Yeah i totally like when someone makes an asking price up from the top of their head). I insisted that i wanted the actual list price so he got the "used car manager" who was like 19 years old. The "manager" told me that they do not really have asking prices as they know that any list price isn't usually the selling price... since i'm not an idiot, i already know that any list price is negotiable but list prices are a good starting point... after 20 minutes of being there and still having no idea what they wanted for these cars, i gave up and left... hopefully when i go grocery shopping later, the supermarket won't decide to follow BD Ford's business model and have no prices to be seen but pull a number out their butts when i'm at the checkout ha ha

We’re very sorry to hear you didn’t have a great experience with us – we really do strive to make it a great experience for everyone that comes here. It’s true that our sales people typically do not know the prices of the vehicles - and it's not because we are trying to rip people off - it's because we believe our people should focus on helping you find the best vehicle rather than just quoting you a price. We have a large inventory that extends well beyond our lot, and if we know what you’re looking for, we can help you find it. When you know that you have the right vehicle selected, our manager’s will make the price work for you. We believe this is the better way to build a relationship with our customers and keep them coming back.

After they changed my tires in the winter and didnt put any anti-serize on the lug nuts they decided to charge me $40 to "force" off the lug nuts because they seized on. They then tuined the lug nuts and charged me $8.50 for every new one they put on. They then charged $100 to change the tires (went up from $60 in the fall) for horrible service. Then the next day two of the back tires went flat and they said it had nothing to do with the service the day before. NEVER returning.

Tried to purchase a 2008 Ford Escape from this company and after an excrushiating process was forced out of town to buy. Will never recomend or send my vehicle to this dealership for service. Thank god theres two Ford stores in our city. The sales manager was brutal, he was pushy and abrupt without reason... I was there to buy and would have happily done so if not for the poor experience.

I purchased a Focus from this dealership a while back but will never set foot on their lot again. Awful experience and I agree, I had a new perception on the car business until I went here and it was set back 30 years. My father was the main factor in why we purchased there as our neighbor unfortunately works there but I would like to steer anyone away from here... i get my service done at the other Ford store and they are much nicer to deal with... and there are many Ford stores in SK. Just don't go here.

I cant remember his name but I think it was Abdul... worst car buying experience I've ever been through, it was so horrible I didnt even laugh... and I'm a pretty happy dude. It was like a play set in the 70's on a used car lot.. sureal.
