Chevrolet Buick GMC de LaSalle

I brought in my car for an estimate after calling and making an appointment. They told me the estimate was free if it was covered by an insurance claim which it was. They kept the car for a day to do the estimate and did not want to give me a rental so i did not take one (even after calling my insurance to see I was properly covered, which I was). After keeping the car for a day they refuse to give me my estimate without paying for it. They explained they would only give me the estimate for free after they assured that they would get the work through my insurance. This is what lost them the job, lack of service and only want to help if they're guaranteed an outrageous estimate which my insurance would have paid. I would strongly recommend going to a different garage all these guys did was waste their and my own time.
