"I would definitely recommend Ken's services to anyone wanting to mount a TV to the wall. I bought what I thought would be an easy enough do-it-yourself mount and shelves, but was a bit daunted upon opening the box that I did not have the right tools and things could end up crooked or come loose from the wall. Ken answered my query right away and was promptly able to do a home visit to assess what I was looking to do. In the end, he fixed my room with an even better setup than I was planning, was professional and friendly, and got the job done for a very reasonable price. Most importantly, I am totally confident that my TV and shelves are perfectly and safely secured. I am pleased I called and saved myself some headaches!
I am so happy that I called Ken to set up my home theatre system. I thought I could do it myself but I didn’t have the proper tools. I was going to buy the items needed but it would have cost me more than the price of Ken’s install. I watched him do the install and to my surprise there are a lot of little tricks to hide the wires and laying out the flat screen, I’m sure I would have screwed up somewhere. The theatre looks great no wires to be seen and is so easy to use. I get so many compliments on the system, even a couple of my friends asked for his number.
Thanks again Ken, you saved me a lot of aggravation.
Thank you, Ken!
I spent many hours attempting to set up my home theatre system by myself. There was always one component or another that didn’t quite work right. After much frustration, I called Ken at Nicer Details. In short order, Ken solved everything, making sure that we were properly set up and understood how it all worked. Ken followed up to make sure everything was right – it is now. Thanks again, Ken – without your help, we still wouldn’t be using our home theatre to its maximum potential.
