I recently bought a Mazda CX-5 from Chambly Mazda and had an excellent experience. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, making sure all of my requests regarding preparation and delivery were taken care of. They were also flexible during price negotiations, which I really appreciated.

What stood out most was how they went the extra mile with the intra-province registration process. They even provided me with a cheque in advance to cover Ontario taxes, which made everything seamless.

Overall, the service was outstanding, and I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Chambly Mazda to anyone looking for a professional and customer-focused dealership.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this dealership, in October and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, Mathis and Pascal made me feel incredibly welcomed and supported. They were so knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through every step of the process, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. I went there tonight to check out a CX-5 as a plan B and ended buying it on the spot. The salesman was so nice and helpful! Very professional and gave an awesome service! His boss Marie-Ève was also awesome! I had a conversation with other sales people and all very nice! Thank you for restoring my faith in dealership. Excellent service with David, Pascal and Jean-Claude for the purchase of a used SUV. We loved their transparency and eagerness to answer all our questions during the whole time of the shopping, inspection and transaction. We left the place confident with our purchase!
