I always had good service until this one guy that I do not deal with usually came to service my car and was not satisfied with is attitude but however I just will not deal with him anymore ........I always had fords and will continue to buy fords but maybe not at carl ford..
the sales rep however took me for a ride that I did not appreciate and took me for a fool .. he thought that I didn't notice his extra charges for a smaller car that I wanted to exchange because of the end of a warranty and basically thought I was an idiot ..so that reason only I would go to another dealer...

The sales, Andre Martineau, person was excellent and helped us with every issue with our used F150.
However we had asked Service once to check out a bad noise coming from the rear upon backing up. They said this was typical. In September we drove the vehicle to PEI. The condition got worse.
While staying near Summerside PEI we took the truck to a local garage to have it checked. They determined the rear brake pads were loose and rattling around. Apparently this is caused by the emergency brake bracket (something like that) being installed backwards. It allows the pads to come loose. This apparently is a common mistake when pads are replaced in a F150.
Carle Ford had replaced the pads before selling us the vehicle. When my husband took it back to Carle Ford last week they refused to do anything about it. Despite having seen the receipt from the PEI garage.
I have 2 questions:
- why would I take time from my vacation to deal with a repair if not absolutely necessary.
- How would Mr. Carle feel if he drove over 1200 kilometers with no rear brakes due to a faulty repair?
