Dishonest salesperson. I called to ask if a number of demos were still available, and the salesperson replied an affirmative yes, and their website's inventory was updated. By the time I got there in two hours, there was none. They were all sold long before that day. Don't tell me that they sold all the demos in 2 hours. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes for him to check when I called. But it took me a long journey to get there. Waste my time.

I just bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership. I checked the vehicle and found some scratches on the front bumper and returned it to dealership to fix them.
After describing the problem to the sale person, Siamak (Sam) Haghighi., I found him very rude and unhelpful.
Thanks to the sale Manger, Alex An, for his professional and helpful response to this problem. I suggest the company to train their sales persons to learn how to talk to customers. Moreover, why should I find a scratch on a brand-new car?

HORRIBLE PLACE AND DISHONEST SCAMMERS WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMPATHY and just RUDE. 100% any good reviews on here are SCAMS too and probably by their own staff. This place honestly doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I had the WORST customer service experience. First we called this dealership because we found a demo car in their inventory. I just wanted to know the mileage and the salesperson by the name of Youri Khakham said he would call back in the morning. I just wanted to know the mileage and price was right I would buy immediately. This alone should be an alert to any good sales rep. However, there was no call made. I called several times the next day and at 4pm finally asked for another salesperson. I got Shawn Salani. I stated my budget and that we didn't want to waste anybody's time. Shawn said he couldn't give price over the phone but to come on in. We thought this was a good sign and we would be in and out, however when we got there we were told immediately that the price was too low. Their process was so stupid. Shawn said "he has to make an offer to his manager" and would write down our price on paper, go to manager and come back and say no sorry. Like good cop bad cop with really bad sales experience. We said, we told you our price over the phone. You could have just said no it won't work rather than wasting our time. The price of car was $13,998. We offered $11,800 thinking that would be reasonable considering they were offloading inventory and almost year end. Anyway, they said too low. We offered $12,500 last and his manager NES BRATIC WHO WAS VERY RUDE came over. There was no negotiation, no kindness, no polite customer service, just downright mean and rude to us. We were refused and told if we can go to $13000 then we might get it but we left as we felt we were already over budget and treated very badly. Anyway, next day we felt we could stretch our budget to $13,000 but that was absolute max. I called back and said to Shawn that he could do $13K. Shawn said he couldn't give price over the phone but that we should come in. I said we already came in yesterday so doesn't make sense to go over another hour of good cop bad cop. This is the last price we can afford. “Ask your manager and if he accepts then I'll come in and leave with the car. Simple.“ He left and came back and said "Come In." This should mean that the deal is good, but not for this dealership. We went in another 30 minute drive away WITH MY PREGNANT SISTER RUSHING TO GET THERE ALSO, only to be told by Shawn "sorry guys, I didn't say the offer was accepted, I still have to make the off to my manager and see if he accepts." I mean really?!?!?! WTH!!!!

We sat there, he came back and said no not accepted. We completely lost it and flipped our lid because now it was not only poor customer but wasting our time unnecessarily and having a pregnant lady WITH ANOTHER CHILD IN ARMS rush over because we thought we had a deal. She was in outrage and we bolted out only to be told to come back with several apologies. AND THEN after waiting for 30 minutes we were told THE SAME THING!!! Why did you ask us to come back?!? This place is a serious circus and loves to WASTE customers time. We asked for the general manager to make a formal complaint. After another 15 minute wait DAN SPASOJEVIC came and still we were told that they could do nothing after we were completely fumed. In fact the general manager had an attitude. He was like "I said sorry, what else you want". He didn't even offer to try to do something for us especailly after I explained our experience to him. He didn't even care. So obviously if the manager is like that no wonder the sales people don't know what customer service means.

Not only did you lose a potential nissan customer for life but we will definitely be sharing our horrible experience with everyone so that everyone knows how bad this nissan dealership is. I will never buy a Nissan thanks to this experience.

I came to buy a Rogue from the Salesman Mark who was very helpful and professional. We concluded our deal and he asked the General manager Dan for a file so he could take my deposit and go to a Business manager.

Dan looked at him and I was 10 feet away and said there are 3 Fucking Business Managers here why are you asking me. I looked at him in shock, he noticed the look on my face and said with a smile and a oh ha ha sorry and walked away.

If it wasn't for Mark and his professionalism i would have walked out.

I will never lease a vehicle there again, I felt terrible for Mark.

I hope they don't treat all there staff like this. Very Sad....

I highly recommend Willowdale Nissan and specifically the team I worked with. I was looking for a small SUV and had been to many dealerships before making my final decision. I had a specific price in mind and certain features I wanted. The Rogue was the perfect fit and the team I had at Willowdale Nissan made the entire car purchase the best one I have had.

The salesperson I worked with was John Zarkos. He was friendly and always eager to answer any questions. The finance manager that handled my purchase was Serf Fernandez. He made the paperwork and financing process smooth and easy, and was always happy to help even with questions I had after I picked up the car. I have limited knowledge of cars, so Serf was very patient and really went out of his way to make this car purchase as smooth as possible. I have a very busy work schedule, so John and Serf worked around my schedule to accommodate everything and made the car purchase a highly enjoyable experience. Thank you to an awesome team!

In short:

- Substandard customer service

- Untrustworthy/shady employees who try to sell you on expensive and redundant "add ons" without EVER mentioning anything in the fine print. Many of these "fine print" points would be deal-breakers for most people which is why they avoid and deflect with being asked direct questions.

- My brand new 2015 car with added rust proofing (see above point) has a rust spot which the dealership will not fix as they Assume, the rust was caused by a rock/chip on the road.

Unfortunately, I bought my car without ever researching the dealership. Not only will I never recommend this shady dealership to anyone, this experience has thrown me off from ever wanting to purchase another Nissan.

The moment I walked in, he cheerfully welcomed me and offered how he can help me in my inquiries regarding my expired trade in certificate. Brian is very professional as he explained to me every details I need to know regarding my trade in. He invested enough time for me to understand the terms and condition as he knows it will help me be more confident about the decisions I made. Answered all my questions honestly and clearly. Always willing to go an extra mile to help me. Even after the transactions for my versa note, when I have questions about it he patiently gave me good explanations. There is actually an incident where I locked myself and the key is inside, I called him and luckily he answered even its already late and gave me hotlines where I can get help. All in all its great experience.

I went to the willowdale Nissan dealership on December 2012, and met with the service advisor Peter Gorrny. It was for a routine servicing. He recommended I do about $700 in maintenance, which included rear brake servicing, injector flush, and a cabin filter change.

I refused the repairs, as the cost seemed steep. I brought my car in to a trustworthy autoshop that my friend goes to, and the mechanic looked at my car. I asked him how much it would be for the suggested repairs.

He said the rear brakes didn't need to be serviced for another 5000km, but he could to the other changes. The final total? $34 bucks. Yes, $34 bucks, while Peter Gorny from willowdale Nissan was asking for 700 bucks.

The other thing that is really sketchy about willowdale Nissan is you can't see what they're actually doing with the car, and they don't show you physically what the problem is. I'd highly recommend going to a mechanic where you can actually see what they're doing.

Avoid this place like the plague!!

I was leasing an 2007 Altima from this dealership. They did not have my color in stock and I put down $500 and did not sign any lease purchase. I was told they'll bring the car in 3 days. After a week and calling them multiple times they did not bring the car and they did not want to give my 500 back!!! so finally after 20 days I walked into the dealership in peak hours and started yelling so everyone know what kind of business these people are running. There are tones of nissan and infiniti dealers in Toronto. Also, these dealership are separate business entities so Nissan inc is not responsible for them.

Did you get your deposit back or did they finally give you the colour of car that you requested?
