Extremely disappointed. Saw a mouse in my house and called Global. They sent a very nice man over who only looked in the area I said I saw the mouse and reinforced with traps. I asked if the follow up appointment could be done with him and ordered 6 poison traps for my yard. The follow up was a week later. Slightly frustrated as they sent a new person, who was less competent, came without the poison boxes I ordered, and all traps were empty. So this mouse or mice still obviously in my home. 3 days later droppings are found in a living room cabinet that only stores decorations. I called and spoke to owner Fernando. He told me how easy it is to catch mice, all of the many areas they can gain access, and how when he does an inspection all of the areas that he looks in. I told him no one has looked in those areas. He made no sense as he tried to defend that. I said look, you are the owner, please come help me. This is a problem. I've had two of your guys here, we still have a problem and it sounds like they have not done everything you would do. He was "too busy" that day, but could come the following day at 3. I made him promise me that he would be the one that came. We agreed and I left the cabinet with all of the droppings in tact for him, hoping it would help him follow a trail. I called him an hour before the appointment to confirm. He said he would be a bit late, I said no pressure just as long as you come. He wound up having a technician text me a few minutes early (I wasn't even at home) saying he was coming in his place because he was "too busy" with a crisis. I told him thank you, but I'm sure Fernando will come as he gave me his word. I will wait for his crisis to be over. He never showed and never called. I called him the next morning and he basically told me he was "too busy" for me. I'm very confused that I am a paying customer, who has a rodent living and pooping in their home and I don't matter? He DOES go out on appointments and I did personally ask for HIM and his availability and patiently waited for him. When I spoke to a woman in the office she asked me, "What do you want me to do, force him to come?" The customer service, follow through, and completion of work is a joke. I asked for my money back and they refused. I informed them I would be writing a negative review and she said she didn't care. I hope whoever is reading this does care and finds someone else to do this work.
