My biggest issue was the owner. I had an issue with customer service in the service dept. When I put a negative comment on Facebook the owner contacted me from his personal facebook and his message was quite snippy. Then he blocked me so I couldn't respond. He also called up my husband all upset because Ford canada told me to contact the general manager so I did. He accused me of things like harassing his employees. I just couldn't believe it! I got a second opinion on my vehicle repair. Less than half the price of the dealership.
