Novi Limousine & Party Bus

Bus was on time - only thing good.nFirst of all, the bus driver wouldn't leave to go anywhere until we gave him the money up front and his tip. The price for the bus i understand, but the tip. Really? nWe had a friend on crutches that had to crutch a block because the driver wouldn't drop off at the door. Told us that he couldn't but then ends up picking us up at the door. WTF!nThe Bluetooth for the music didn't work so we had to plug phones in for it to work. There was no remote to control the tvs (the driver said it must have been left at the office). So glad we paid for things we couldn't use...........not. The driver was a complete ass to our friends. He even got our pregnant friends face and shut the bus doors on her 3 times. We all chipped in to pay and he told us that since we weren't the ones that gave the cash to him, he wasn't going to go where we wanted. Driver was a complete ass and didnt deserve any tip. nAlso, they said they upgraded our bus to stripper poles and bigger seats. BULL SHIT! They didnt do crap. We paid $800 for a shitty driver and a shitty bus.nWhatever you do, dont use this bus service.
