Great service people, but very poorly managed. If you have clutch/ transmission problems don't waste your time. You will be on a waiting list for months, possibly up to a year. As such, I will never buy a Ford ever again!
They kept me waiting for 2 hours to do a 15 minute oil change. Really!!! Take your business to some other shop. They should not even get 1 star. Is it possible to give them a negative rating>
Terrible attitude in the service department- take your business somewhere else! Rude- they can't be bothered to assist customers.
