Nothing has changed, once they get your money, that's it. They don't want to see you again and don't care about the customer. They have your money and tell you to get lost. The reputation that all Ford dealers had in the past is still alive and present here. They kiss your ass to get your business and then shit on you!!! The manager is an ignorant, arrogant, JACKASS that should be cleaning outhouses instead of running this place. Ford says that their dealers have changed but they need to go no further than down the road from their Oakville Plant to see that their old reputation is safe here. I'm a Ford employee and I guarantee that because of the treatment here, I will never buy another Ford product, ever. They treat Ford employees like crap and they sure as hell won't be treating the general public any better. They don't even deserve a rating of one.
