After losing my second in a year, I was getting a complex about my attitude. Since the counseling office is only a few blocks away and I still had insurance, I scheduled an appointment. My therapist Frank was down to earth, as well as understanding. Chicago Counseling Therapy helped me to not be so hard on myself. That was my biggest problem. Therapy also got me to do a lot of soul searching. Drinking was probably my biggest downfall. I've been sober now for 3 months and going to AA meetings. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
