DONT DEAL WITH THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I have made the switch to another dealership after countless bad experiences at South London Infiniti Nissan. I have lost their trust, and they have lost and will continue to lose other valued customers through my network.

I brought in my rogue to get it diagnosed. They improperly diagnosed my vehicle. I went as far as questioning their recommendations. I even attempted to let them know what I think the problem was. I called, emailed and challenged them to ensure their diagnosis was going to fix my problem - and they ensured me it will. Well it did not fix my problem. It wasnt even close. So now Im out over $500 for their improper diagnosis, and the service manager, (stuart), would not compensate me for my time and money. Does he not know that my family member was a past employee at Nissan, and we as a family collectively own and service three Nissans there? Its very sad to see a valued customer be treated the way I was, with no compensation. People make mistakes, and I get it. What frustrated me the most was Stuarts response. When I alarmed him of what happened, hoping to receive positive feeback and compensation, his response was..............."I have confirmed with our staff that the vehicle did have the issues that were diagnosed. Like previously mentioned a vehicle of this age and mileage is not uncommon to have multiple issues. We will not be providing any monetary compensation.........." By the way guys, I only asked for the diagnosis fee back, not the work they did on the vehicle -which in my opinion is a fair argument.

Id like to translate this into a Metaphor, (that hopefully Nissan will read and better understand). Imagine you have a leaky roof, and you hire someone to take a look. He/she claimed its the window that needs replacement - and that fixing the window will fix the leaky roof. You argue with them that its coming from the roof, and its highly unlikely its the window. But they continue to claim that the window is the reason why the roof is leaking. So you trust their professional opinion and you get the window fixed. After the contractor completed the repairs, you realize that the roof is still leaking, and in fact, fixing the window had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the roof. When you go back and tell the contractor who advised you to fix the window that his proposal didnt fix your roof, he/she claimed........... "yah but your house is old, and I can confirm that your window needed to be replaced". .......sorry mr. contractor, but I did not want my window fixed, I wanted my roof fixed. Would you trust that contractor again to touch or recommend anything for your house? Even on the professional level, the response has NOTHING to do with the problem. "Yah your window needed fixing anyway"...........

Terrible service advisors led by a terrible service manager who does not know a thing about customer service. He was very protective and unable to understand a loyal customers concern.

Went in there with the intention of buying, but they added a bunch of costs which they called mandatory. They listed $160 for floor mats, but the car comes equipped with them as standard, they added $599 for administration (for what?), and a so called mandatory charge of $399 for something called Drive Green.
Then on my trade, they showed me a picture of a "comparable" which they said was a convertible, therefore worth a lot more than my coup. The picture was washed out and you could not tell if it was or not, but I had already seen the car on autotrader, so knew they were lying and playing games. All this while making me sit and wait as the saleman went back and forth to the all powerful sales manager.

Needless to say we walked away. Cannot believe in this day and age dealerships play the old game of trying to weasel as much out of a deal they can. Am dissapointed that I could not deal locally.

I bought from a dealer in Cambridge and saved over $5000, on the deal. No extra charges, and made me feel like they appreciated me as a customer.

(Infiniti Service Review) Horrible staff. Very rude, god awful attitude, un-welcoming, condescending, no emotion, no smiles, no work ethic, no professionalism, under-staffed, very socially awkward and don't acknowledge your presence/arrival, ALWAYS trying to upsell or rip you off.... They don't call you when your car is finished, I always go find it done myself or they claim they 'attempted to PA me'. They tell you it'll take 1 hour on drop-off to avoid shuttling, but it always takes 1:45 to 2 hours. There is like one guy in the back doing all the work, clearly trying to cut costs. They (service) either all hate their job or the place is under-performing. Even the parts guy acts like a robot. Everyone just makes you very uncomfortable there. Its even worse on the phone (see below). They may have been good a long time ago (diff staff?), but recently they aren't cutting it, and this places needs a major overhaul (see recent reviews). Its a shame because Infiniti is great, and they have bush league dealerships like this ruining their name

Yesterday they claimed to fix a part (underbody splash guard) in my car, and charged me over 50$ for it without even asking me or telling me what they were going to do or if I wanted them to do it (I simply asked them to take a look at my splash guard, and suggested maybe removing it if it was damaged, as I felt it was causing noise from under my car)

When home, and upon inspection it was clear they had not TOUCHED it, loose screws, missing screws, they were probably hoping I did not notice it for a while, and when I did I'd take it back for another 'repair'. Literally 50$ for maybe a 1 minute job of their thieving tech tightening the other screws is my guess. I wonder if they actually do the work they say they do when I go (oil changes etc..) Once you lose a customer's trust in this business, it is gone forever. My suggestion is to always check to make sure they did the job when you leave there, also check your engine bay and car for missing parts/tampering while you're at it!

They are the definition of a STEALERSHIP. Never, ever going back again. If I have to I will drive to Kitchener instead. My previous experiences with them have been piss poor as well. No professionalism or respect by the staff, as long as Haynes and Purdy are there, this dealership will never have the prestige of an 'Infiniti' dealership, I'm shocked they are still there actually years later (especially Purdy). The job market must be thin. They need to learn from Inifnitis I've visited in Cambridge and Kitchener. Shame on you and shame on me that I've been going here since 2010.

STEER CLEAR everyone, avoid like the plague, This was the final straw (I don't have time to type out the other 5 garbage encounters here). This place is dead to me. Do yourself a huge favor, and go to Dale Downie instead or drive to Cambridge/KW

I purchased a vehicle from them and was told that it was involved in no accidents. I later found out that it was involved in 2 separate accidents both with heavy damage which they knew about. I confronted the manager and assistant manager and they literally had a difficult time trying not to laugh at me. The assistant manager was constantly trying to instigate an argument CONSTANTLY telling me to "calm down". I was nothing but calm. I was getting nowhere. As I walked away the same assistant manager laughed and said, "better luck next time". I have turned away MANY people from this dealership and will continue to do so. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "DEALERSHIP" PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They made it so easy for me to buy my new Sentra. I got a great deal and I didn't have to play any of those "games" that you hear about.
