Customer service is not a priority once you've purchased
I have been a customer of Sherway Nissan since 2010 and in the beginning I returned for service and maintenance. Of note, they did not stamp my maintenance manual because they did not have a dealership stamp despite my returning for several service appointments. I should have taken this a sign as to the level of disorganization at this dealership... but I digress.

Recently I decided to upgrade my leased car to a 370Z in addition to an XTERRA or Pathfinder as my business car. My original contact is no longer at Sherway Nissan and I was re-directed to Edwin Biscocho (Sales Professional). Despite emailing and calling since May 31, 2013 I have yet to hear back from him besides an email from his iPhone indicating he would call me later. I even made it so easy as to include my Nissan Customer File number, my VIN, my office phone and my cell phone. After following up on June 6, 2013 and now today June 13, 2013, I firmly decided against upgrading my lease and purchasing a second vehicle from Sherway Nissan. In fact, I will stay away from the Nissan brand altogether.

It is unclear why Edwin is the only person who can speak to their leases, yet he is unable to return a call in a two week time frame. Today I escalated this case to Jay Yoo (General Manager) and I am curious to see what type of response I get.

I would advise others against dealing with Sherway Nissan, (and maybe even Scarborough Nissan since I was told they have the same management). Be prepared to be disregarded if you require follow up.
