I came in April during a random snowstorm and upon entering I asked Kim the manager to for assistance on getting my check engine light looked up. She handed me the code reader, and when I told her I had no idea how to use it she looks at me with this look like I'm an idiot. That's fine maybe I'm overreacting but then when I again explained to her I don't understand how to use it she rolls her eyes thinking I don't see it, of course I do. Then she looks at another employee named Kevin and asked him to go out in the snow even though he was on the phone. He agreed and from there my visit experience changed dramatically as Kevin helped me with my check engine and with a part I needed. When I asked who Kim was he said she was manager and all I could think of is really she's the manager?' Kevin was a big help, Kim was not. Something wrong with that to anyone else?
