On our last visit to the dealership, we left our 150 Truck there. Jay was going to attempt to find the noise problem in the new truck. The only occurred when the cruise and AC were on. Jay had the truck for 2 days and could not locate the noise. It often takes some time for it to start after you start driving. Jay called us to check and see if it could be deer whistles or the propeller attachment for the trailer hook-up. He could not find the problem. We said we would attempt to record it but so far with one person driving have had no success. nIt has occurred 3 times since leaving the dealership. It appears the sound is not as loud as it first was. nJay I know would see it fixed if we could find the source.
Repair was done promptly and I received a loaner vehicle overnight. Jay is so helpful and accommodating. He is the reason to go to this shop.
