A very bad customer service from Roadsport Honda
To start off with, thanks to Roadsport executive who gave us a bad experience..because without his kind attitude we wouldn't have gone to a great dealer where we were given a royal treatment(Parkway Honda). I would also like to inform that we have purchased Accord EXL model. We are new to the country and since we do not have a great credit balance, your executive told us that our application will get rejected for sure. Also he asked us to go for a used car. He said we can never get a new car financed(very encouraging words though ). He gave us a deal and said that he would give us the deal only if we purchase the car on that day(are we buying cars everyday ?seriously? we need time to think and experiment right)...He also had a bet with us that he would pay us 12000 $ if we get a better deal than what he offered and also if we get it financed. FYI...we got a better deal and also got it financed....so is he going to pay us the 12k $??...He even said that he has 9 years of experience in this industry and he knows the situation. Well I think he needs few more years to learn. I do not wish to blame all the executives over there....Just this one guy. Kindly take care of such attitudes because you really missed a business.
