Ridgehill Ford is my go-to dealer for all y service needs. Dan looked after setting up the appointment and keeping me informed. A really great customer experience.
Overall in my experience I feel I was stuck with a Lemon still have issues with the car. I'm tired of paying assessment fees for problems I have had right from the start with the car. Still waiting for a paint job or repair as promised when I purchased the car. I feel the car was over priced for the age of the vehicle when you can buy a new journey right around the same price I feel because of my credit situation I was taken advantage of. I feel your service dept would get a 4 star from me but as for follow up from your finance manager I'm totally disgusted especially after he told me that I'm lucky to what I did get, I thought that was very rude and uncalled for.

Ridgehill put a new battery in my car for me at their cost. with a warranty.
Well 4 months later the battery failed and after doing a load test by another dealer since i now live 2 hours from Ridgehill ford the other dealer told me that nothing was draining the battery and they charged it up and sent me off 150 dollars plus on my way,. well after calling ridgehill ford about it, they stood behind the battery and got me another new battery installed. now i am around 400 dollars short since the dealer in Walkerton would not pay for the new battery since the warranty was between Ridgehill and Ford. Well i am told that i will get the money back, just dont know when..I was not going to write a review till i got the money, but i kept on getting messages from Ridgehill to let them know how they did, well that is why i gave a 4 star rating, once i get my money i will give them a 5 star. I liked that they stood behind the battery so just waiting now.

Service was good quality. Had multiple issues when trying to reach service and had to leave messages multiple times with no return phone call. Once I was able to talk with someone the process was great.

I was very pleased with the sales person who assisted me Stuart Harris and the sales manager Adam and Gale, everything was explained well and follow up was prompt. Also after having the vehicle for one week, I noticed paint imperfection but was able to have the issue resolved at the dealership promptly with exceptional service, I was also offered free Rental car while my vehicle was serviced which was a great help to me, I was very pleased with the service I received at Ridgehill Ford. I would gladly recommend Ridgehill Ford to friends and colleagues for their vehicle purchases as well.
My daughter had mentioned that she was taking her Ford Edge into Ridghill and was very happy with the service. This past year I started taking my Buick Enclave and my Dodge Ram into Ridghill and on every situation I have been very happy with the people and the service.
We bought a F150 from Paul Singh who provided outstanding customer service. Paul was well informed regarding the products, employed no "high pressure" tactics and was very patient. He was a pleasure to deal with. Prior to delivery he ensured all the agreed upon details related to the sale were completed on time. Following delivery, he followed up with us again to ensure there were no issues. If you are looking to buy a Ford product, Paul is your guy!!
Had an appointment and they got me in on time and completed the work within 45 minutes. The problem is fixed and the staff were extremely friendly/professional. I would recommend service at this location to anyone.

I have never had a problem with service at Ridgehill Ford, the staff is friendly and informative. Quick in and out and the shuttle drivers are always friendly.
right from the first phone call for getting new rims and snow tires , I had an immediate quote and an appointment to get them installed. the next day I was 15 minutes early for my appointment but they took me right away and I was out of there in 45 minutes or so. this is excellent service for a car dealership in all my seventy two years of servicing and buying new cars. my next car will be a ford and from ridgehill. the man that gave me this service was kumayl who I find is very personable and explained my bill perfectly. thanks for the great service.

I have been dealing with Ridge hill Ford for 13 years and must say their customer service keeps improving. As of late they seem to have improved greatly in communicating issues and resolving issues with great confidence. The staff throughout the facility are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Rides to and from Ridge Hill has always been available and in a timely matter.
excellent service did only what had to be maintained. Service was not pushy like other dealerships like Hyundai. Excellent service staff

I received a great resolution to my Ford Edge with the traction control and noise. Replaced the part in the steering wheel and it feels like new! Eric helped with explaining the issue through the test codes and was right on!
Was treated promptly and efficiently with a smile. Had a bad experience with Ridgehill Ford about 12 years ago and now I am buying my second car within a year. Dealership has changed. For the better.
The service was great. The gentleman I was dealing with was quick, polite and helpful. The car was ready ahead of the time given. I parked he car a bit of a ways away from the service dept. but they fetched my car and when the service was done the car was beside the service door. He did not try to talk me into having other work done.

Becky from the service centre expressed sincere ownership of the issue on my car which was the fuel censor. She followed up from.the diagnostic procedure to ordering the parts from.USA then booking another appointment as soon as the part was in Canada toward installing the parts in my car and make my car fully functional.
