Probart Mazda

Bought Mazda 3 from brampton last year and today ot was my first visit to probart. The way they deal is amazing how helpful they were. I wish brampton mazda learn things from them.
I am writing this review to thank you the service team to make me feel so special and for all the great work!

Bought my 7 here in october of 2011. No problems.

I bought my Mazda 3 from Probart last October. I was thrilled with the sales team - they made it so non-stressful and a wonderful experience... being a first time car owner this was the best! I have recently had my first oil change... and the service team was just as amazing. I dealt with Kim in the drive-thru. She was very welcoming and knowledgable and MADE ME FEEL VALUABLE!!!!! Anne - the service manager - offered me coffee and I brought my laptop, which I used FREE wireless! I highly recommend Probart Mazda to anyone!!!!

I bought a used Mazda 3 in 2008. Don't get me wrong, it's a great car and all but here's my problem. Since buying the car, I've noticed a lot of perforation all over the car. The worst parts are around the rear wheel wells and seam of the bumper. I've done all my service at Probart except for the odd oil change. I found out that Mazda had an extended recall date on this problem and they were fixing this issue on the cars. However when i found this out, the extended dat had just passed by about 20 days. I am very upset that the 10 other times I brought the car in since buying it, it was never brought to my attention. Now I have a rust bucket of a car that is my problem. Probably going to cost more than a few hundred dollars to fix. Needless to say, the next car i buy.....I won't even consider Probart and possibly not even a Mazda!

I am very impressed with the overall outcome of my experience while purchasing a 2009 CX-7 here. I spoke with Jeff Prossler (The Owner), as well as a great salesman. he helped me pick the car I wanted and gave me a great price. If you are looking to buy a Mazda, i would highly recommend checking out Probart Mazda. I am very pleased with my vehicle!

I AM A SMALL USED CAR LOT IN LONDON, LAST WEEK WE HAD A CUSTOMER TEST A 2001 PROTEGE WITH 90520 KMS . WE HAD DONE A PRE SAFTEY AND A VALID ETEST WAS DONE OCT 8 2008 AND PASSED WITH FLYING COLOURS. THE CUSTOMER ASKED IF THEY COULD TAKE IT TO PROBART FOR A SECOND OPINION ,I SAID YES KNOWING THE CAR WAS JUST FINE THE TOLD MY CUSTOMER IT NEEDED A COMPLETE EXHAUST SYSTEM PLUS A CATALITIC CONVERTOR FOR THE TUNE OF 2005.00 PLUS LABOUR THE EXHAUST HAS NO LEAKS AND WOULD NOT HAVE PASSED ETEST. THEY ALSO TOLD THE CUSTOMER IT NEEDED TWO FRONT STRUTS AND SWAY BAR BUSHINGS THIS IS ALSO FALSE
