A employee of the dealership causes damages to your vehicle, after 6 months a meeting is conceded to to discuss options, the dealership takes no responsibility, ruins your life, and cowardly backs out of a meeting by way of a 3rd party the last minute.

Have you had damages to your vehicle or a bad experience there?

Prior to visiting Pfaff, I enjoyed 3 years of trouble free, good service at another Porsche dealer. I never had an issue or a complaint. I switched to Pfaff when I moved back to Ontario. The experience has been anything but good. My vehicle has spent more than 60 days at Pfaff in the past year and was returned to me not repaired. The dealership gave up trying to repair my vehicle. See www.troubledporsche.com for the story.

When a casually dressed guy walks in to ask about a car, it means he's already loaded with cash hence doesn't need to wear a monkey suit to impress your "business managers". You lost out on a cash sale people - hope your "more important" guest got his loan to purchase the car. Judging a man by his clothes - you're all so pathetic. Learn a lesson from the real Porsche Ace on Kennedy/Lawrence: he just sold me a GT3. Cash baby :-)

Hey I can certainly agree with that! Having worked in sales in the past most of my best customers were the most casually dressed.

ripped jeans and a cowboy hat almost always means "I have cash and want to buy!"
