I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership and they have exceeded my expectations every time. Very professional and honest. Highly recommend.

I have now purchased 3 vehicles from the same group with Mark Renaud selling me 2 of the 3 vehicles. I was very pleased on how he handled my purchases and would buy from him again. I did not have as much luck from my other purchase from the group, but now I am so far convinced that the Lincoln will be my vehicle of choice.

My husband and I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape. The service and attention we received were excellent. The staff and especially Sara and Steve were very professional and attended patiently to our needs. Their services and attention to detail were very much appreciated.

I am very happy with the service I received on my Ford Escape. The extended warranty covered a lot of issues that needed to be addressed to maintain the vehicle. Went in originally for my platinum service and a bunch of other issues with the vehicle were caught and fixed. Thank you Sue for your help!

Thanks Toby for getting me out of my Fusion lease and back into an SUV, ! After driving SUV vehicles for many years I decided to go back to a regular car, 2015 Ford Fusion, which was a exceptional vehicle, just not for me. I was just use to driving up high. Thanks to the sales staff at Performance Ford, I am driving what I have thought to be my favourite car on the road for the past 6 years, the Ford Edge!

Brought my Lincoln MKS in for an oil change. I asked if they could update the SYNC system as it was having problems connecting to my phone. I was told it was not under warranty. Granted my warranty expired, but they never asked me once about updating it while it was under warranty. I have a problem with my rear defrost, they want $200 just to look at it. Also, more than once, I have brought my car there for service and did not get a car wash. Let me tell you, I have gone elsewhere to ask about the rear defrost and got professional advice for FREE, and without asking, they washed my car. I believe I will drive just a tad further for better service.

Repainted front edge of hood on my 2013 Explorer due to bubbling of the paint. First time it was done was spring of 2015. The bubbling Came back within a year. Complained to service of the issue. They told me to take it back to the paint shop that did the original repair. I did not appreciate that answer. I complained again this past August and they agreed to have it repainted again at no cost to me. The repair was completed and I am satisfied with results. Now I have to see if the bubbling comes back and what happens then.

I just had my 2011 Ford Fiesta in for a recall on two items...and they were fixed accordingly. I did have a bit of trouble getting ahold of someone to get the job done in the first place, as I called twice, I was transferred to people's voicemail, and they never returned my call.. two different people. Other than that, everything was good.

I took my Ford Edge in for an oil change and had an alignment done on four tires, wait time was reasonable. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Since I moved to Windsor I've been looking for a good and reputable dealership to service my vehicles. So far Performance Ford has given me the best service, shortest wait times and have the friendliest staff.

I bought my car in 2014, a black hatchback Ford Focus. Little did I know that the Focus was having transmission problems since 2012. It would have been honest of the dealership to inform me of this.
Anyway, since the first few weeks of owning my car I have had non-stop transmission issues. The car shakes and sputters and vibrates when starting, braking, and driving. When I brought it to be checked I was told they would check it but they hadn't been hearing of any focus problems. The service person tried to tell me the transmission was purposely designed to feel like stick shift driving and many people liked that jerking, vibrating feeling. What lies! My car is onlyx2.6 yrs old and has been in to have transmission fixed many times. The clutch was replaced not even a yr ago and now has to be replaced again. I feel like I'm driving an old clunker! And I still have 3 yrs left to pay for this car.
I feel Ford should admit this problem is unfixable and give everyone their money back. And I feel this dealership knew the problem before I bought the car and should have alerted me. I will never buy another Ford after this. To me this problem could cause a fatal accident and Ford doesn't care. My daughter and baby granddaughter were recently visiting and I called the service manager several times before I could get through to him. I wanted to know since my car has an appointment to have transmission checked again I didn't feel safe with my daughter and baby granddaughter in that car during their visit so could I be lent a car for safety reasons while U waited for my car's appointment. He told me they had no car's to lend and he was dealing with 10 calls a day about the Focus transmission problems and if I wanted to take it up with Ford Canada I was free to do so. He was very uncaring especially since I feared an accident could happen with the car's vibrating, shaky condition. I wonder if he would want his kids risking their lives driving this car. When I finally had my app my car was checked and if course failed and needed another new clutch. I expressed my worries again about safety and my wonderful service person Brandi was the first to show concern and knew my grandaughter would be in that car and told me that if anything should worsen she would get me into a loaner car. What a sweet person. Why couldn't the service manager do this when I asked. I am so upset . a new car should be smooth driving at least the first 5 Yes and this thing has been a clunker from day 1. Ford I want my money back. Shame on you!

my sun roof was not closing completely. I purchased my car there and have had every service ,oil change etc. at the dealership. $142 dollars to diagnose problem, which apparently was a small broken piece of plastic, which releases a spring. seemingly he could see if was broken as soon as he looked in as they gave me the small broken bit of plastic. From that advised it would need a whole new track .... parts and labour almost 2500 dollars and i am assuming that diid not include the tax. I think 142 was a lot for what was minutes of work, when i have been loyal to the dealership since purchasing my car new. They are always very friendly and very nice. The young man wwho looked at my car, was extremely nice and very helpful showing me how to shut it , until i decide what to do. as going to Arizona for winter car will be parked for 5 months so will delay the expense till back .

Brought my 2013 F150, with 57,000km in for a few issues , which surprised me to be needing replacement at such low km, extended warranty just kicked in , but the extra warranty company wanted me to wait to change a blower motor since it was only starting to fail and didn't completely stop working yet , the dash was being removed anyway for a AC problem , so the service manager took care of at this time for me, understanding that this is my work truck . All issues resolved , service tech was great as usual and service manager came through once again he's a man of his word . Second vehicle from this dealership , I'll defiantly buy here again ,

Well after 4-5 attempts to repair our Lincoln MKX, they might have nailed it! Its hard to feel sure about the car when the service people are not too sure what the problem is! Kindda lost faith in the sure part. However , Performance Ford, Hopefully redeemed themselves, and giving credit where credit is due, they were determined to solve the problem and score another satisfied customer. They didn't quit! As always the staff were friendly and confident. To me that shows they stand behind their product. You can go to any dealership, Ford , Chrysler, G.M. etc...., and you won't find perfect. But Performance sure tries. Thanks Perfomance

Spent six hours waiting for oil change, tire rotation and recall fix. All that was done was oil change! Rental car was filthy! Whole day a waste! Live out of town so I was trapped in Windsor.

Brought my edge in for a tail lamp replacement. Was told it would take an hour. After sitting for two hours, I was told that they were going to have to put me in a loaner over the weekend as the correct parts weren't order (they had a week and a half to order). Monday comes and I assuming my car will be ready. Receive no call, so I decide to call at 5pm while on my way to the Dealership to find out that it's not ready.
This is the second time I've been in a loaner for more then 2 days because of service issues. I'm driving a 2015 Edge. Should my maintance really take that long?
