He was accommodating and has followed up with me on a few minor things since purchasing the car

Purchased my BMW here back in 2011 through my salesperson David Tremblay. I was pressured into buying the Tire & Rim Warranty, yes I should've said no but I gave in. I was told there was a 30 day cancellation policy. Now, here's where the issue lies. I called and emailed the Financial Services Manager, Ingrid Wadsworth, within 6 days, asking to cancel the warranty. She promised it would be cancelled immediately and I wouldn't get charged the $1400 for it. After getting the runaround for months, they began to brush me off and kept telling me they'd "look into it" and get back to me. They ignore the fact that I've been scammed and refused to refund my $1400 as promised. I was even told that their financial services manager scammed other clients and that she no longer worked for them. Needless to say, I did not receive the refund! I love my bmw, even 3 years later. But I will NEVER, EVER deal with Performance BMW ever again. I should mention, they offered me the $1400 back only if I purchased another vehicle with them. I do not trust this dealership and would never recommend them. You can keep my $1400, I'm tired of dealing with you dishonest, disgusting people. Obviously the $1400 was more important to you guys than doing the right thing.
