Very pleased with the level of service received from Oak-Land. Originally was looking for used car and after a few weeks of handholding and patients decided to build a new Explorer. Salesperson Tony at Oak-Land was a pleasure to work with and sourced out a vehicle that surpassed expectations. Vehicle arrived ahead of typical time frames. There was a slight defect that I wouldn't have even noticed, and the salesperson Tony showed me and Ford took care of it and gave me a Terrific F150 to drive while my Explorer had the finishing touches performed on it.

I picked up my "previously owned" vehicle two weeks ago. It was icy freezing rain drizzle on day of my pick up. Two days after, I discovered a windchip on drivers side like a small snowflake and a large section of perforated rust on bottom of passenger side door. Salesman said to deal with service. Service said two weeks to get in and email reminder showed $150 inspection fee. I am not impressed and will be dealing with dealership manager about this next week. They touted 172 point inspection, etc etc. I would like to meet the person who performed the inspection. Looking forward to resolution.

I went in to this dealer at the end of August and was immediately impressed by the scale and scope of their operation. But despite the size, it felt very much like a family-run operation and I was impressed at how quickly I was helped in arriving at the right deal for my new Explorer. The car arrived precisely when they said it would and I LOVE it.

Oakland fast lane service is not up to the usual ford standard when it comes to a Ford dealer I've been there quite a few times for an oil change and the gentleman at the desk tells me we're busy come after 1 hour after 1 hour I return he tells me sorry can't do it we're still busy as we have only I mechanic. 1 mechanic on a Thursday afternoon sorry unacceptable excuse so I took my business where time is respected

Very nice customer service representatives. I switched from another dealer that is close by as all they provided was smiling faces but they took every loophole available to dodge any responsibility for warranty or service guarantees. Oak-land Ford Service Consultants back-up their smiles with excellent behind the scene service and support. I will not hesitate to give Oak-land ford my business with my next vehicle purchase.

I purchased my Focus in 2013 from Oak-Land Ford and have been taking it home ever since for service.
I have moved from Oakville to Burlington and now moving to Milton. I will continue to take my car to Oak-land for service as they are awesome. I plan to purchase my new vehicle there as well when the time comes.

The service at Oak-land has been very good. I use to take my vehicle to another Ford Lincoln dealer in Burlington but switched due to service. I am very pleased with Oak- Land and will continue to bring my vehicle here for servicing.

Was looking for a new truck while on vacation in the GTA. Stopped at Oakland and another dealer in the area. Looked at a dozen trucks at both dealerships. Got a better offer on my trade in of a 2010 FX4. Very happy with purchase Will defiantly look to Oakland Ford again when I'm looking again.

Oak-land Ford has been servicing my Fusion for at least 4 years. I have no complaints over that time. Their moto is, is to have all of their customers completely satisfied. After each service visit, Oak-land follows up with an email or phone call, to ensure I am completely satisfied. During the visits, if there are problems identified, they are explained along with a quote for fixing them. My usual contacts are Rick and/or Brendan, and I find them most helpful.

We purchased a brand new Lincoln Mkc over a month ago. There were a few minor things the service dept needed to fix at a later date. When I went in for my first appt at 9:30am I was told that I was going to be there all day. When they were finished "fixing" the panels on the vehicle which was around 1:00pm. I noticed they still had not fixed the other two things that were on the service sheet to be done when we had first picked up the vehicle. The service dept stated the other part that needed to be fixed was not on the initial service sheet. I then went to speak to the manager in which he stated they would take care of it through another appointment. When I went out to get my vehicle I noticed the passenger side mirror was bent backwards due to the car wash in which I specifically told them I did not want a car wash. I went in again today at 9:00am for the items to be fixed. Once again I ended up leaving at 1:00pm with the items still not being fixed. I asked to speak to the manager because at this point I was beyond upset due do the lack of customer service and no respect for my time. I then asked the manager what kind of people he has working there because of their lack of knowledge. He then refused to speak to me. Something needs to be done about this or my next complaint will be to the better business bureau.

I purchased my Ford Fusion in January and have been extremely satisfied so far.

When I purchased the vehicle i received winter and summer tires. When I went to change my tires from winter to summer, the mechanic informed me that one of the tires had a nail in it. Without hesitation I contacted John Isaac, who sold me the car, and he put me through to the service specialist. A few days later I went in for an appt at Oak-land Ford Lincoln and they installed the summer tires and also provided a summer tire to compensate for the damaged one.

Great customer service.
