I was very pleased with the professionalism of Chad. He made the purchase of my new 2018 Escape a pleasurable experience. This is the second vehicle that I've bought from Northway,and I would definitely go there again!

They did a great job of working with us to achieve our target in a first vehicle purchase. Rob and Paul were both helpful and informative. Seemed a little bit rushed out the door when picking up our vehicle and there was a large amount leaves packed deep into the wiper vents/cowl under the hood. Very minor issue but something that could really bug someone picking up a new car. They were quick to return calls and emails up until the point that we purchased the vehicle and were waiting to pickup the roof-rack crossbars. We're still waiting 5 months for the crossbars and have left numerous messages and phone calls which have not been followed up on. This was otherwise a very simplified and great vehicle purchase process.

My overall experience at the dealership level, and sales level was good. When i originally bought my ford focus, it was good but then it turned junk. So when i went back to the dealership and expressed my concerns, they were able to do the BEST possible thing for me and help me out. Just bought a 2017 escape and i love it.

I have been a customer of Northway for over 8 years and have had excellent service. Only on a couple of very rare occasions has there been a problem but when it occurred, it was fixed to my satisfaction at no additional cost to me. In fact, they usually go above and beyond what might be reasonably expected and that is why I come back. Thank you for the great service.

First off things were great when I first bought my truck in 2013. Then as time went on my experiences slowly began to get worse. I took my truck to get an oil change and tire rotation done watched the entire time and they did not rotate my tires. I confronted them about this and the mechanic flat out lied to me and said he did a rotation. I mark my tires every time before I get them rotated which they weren't aware of until I pointed it out to them. I refused to pay for the service done I then notified ford and never heard anything back. Another time I went there I booked an appointment two weeks prior but upon arrival they said there was no appointment. I explained how I just came from Kitchener and how much of inconvenience this was to me and my family. I will say this, I dealt with John Jefferson and for the first time ever I received the most genuine apology for all the bad services I've had. He offered me a discount and a free oil change. Finally someone who actually cares enough. I only want to deal with John from now on, and maybe over time this will turn into a 5star review. Stacey was a great salesperson to deal with! :)

I have just started coming to Northway by recommendation of other family members and I have been serviced well and looked after in a professional manner. Even when I had a down service it was taken up quickly and made me feel my values matter. I will continue to use Northway for my vehicle service. Friendly staff!

We have been coming to Northway for many years to have our cars serviced. GM, Chrysler and Ford; didn't matter, always a good experience. Bought our second Ford from Northway just recently and were very pleased with the sales staff and found everyone to be friendly and helpful.

Leased my Escape from Northway Ford back in February. There were only a couple features I wanted to make sure I had and Chad made sure he did everything in his power to make sure I got it. Even after I got my vehicle I would get messages from Chad making sure I was happy still.

Only had one issue with the Sync and their service department fixed it right away.

What an amazing experience I have had dealing with northway ford lincoln. From the start of the process all the way to the delivery of my new vehicle, I felt like a part of the "northway family". My salesman, chris, not only had an amazing accent (British) bir he also knew his stuff too!! I would recommend northway Ford to anyone!!

I felt a very strong feeling of sexism when I recently went to look at a new Ford at Northway. I have forgotten the name of the salesperson but he treated me like I knew nothing about cars. ( I have been working on the side as a mechanic since I was 16 on my own cars ).
Anyways, the way he was talking down to me made me feel very uncomfortable so I got myself out of there and happened to go across the street to Hyundai and was warmly welcome by a great lady sales rep. I bought a new Veloster from her that day and it is a wayyyyy better car and better deal then anything I saw at Northway.
I think Ford cars are better than they used to be but the attitude at their dealership (northway ford) is from the 1950's. Wont be going back there or recommending it to anyone.

We started out visiting other dealerships and even other local Ford stores to compare vehicles and had horrible experiences. We came in contact with Rob Farrington through a co-worker who had a great buying experience through him...and thank the gods we did!!! He is an amzing and knowledgeable salesman that genuinely cared for our needs. We now tell everyone about our experience with Rob!

I just bought a new fiesta and I had a problem with the transmission, I bought it from another Ford dealer and I just want to say I came into the service department with reservations due to the fact that I didn't purchase their. then I met the service manager Kevin,he was not only accommodating to our time restraints he also explained the repair we required, the level of customer service& knowledge was the best I have had at any dealership ever!! Way to go Northway keep up the after purchase support. P.s. When my lease is up I am going to try the sales department,not worried if it's as good as service department.

Stacey was a big help. this was the first car my husband and I purchased brand new so it was an exciting time, but it came with a lot of questions and phone calls - I am sure it was a pain in the butt but he took every call when he was available and ensured we were taken care of and my husband and I were happy. The fact that Northway ford was open on Sundays was the reason we went through the door, Stacey kept us there.
