You've probably heard the expression that someone is a good people person. The staff at Morningside Nissan are great "people people". I have found them to be very helpful, polite and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

most of their services are over-charged. If you don't agree to do some of those, they will let you wait for two or three hours. appointment means nothing. If you happen to purchase a service package, yeah, good luck. You are lucky if they still can remember it next year. They just simply tell me go away because they cannot make money. Money return? forget about it.

I had purchased a 2013 Rogue and was told all four tires would be replaced. The salesman was concerned also, and he assured us that if the tires just passed safety they would still replace the tires.HOGWASH!!! the tires they changed were just the front two front tires and the rear tires were left alone. I refused to take the car,but had no choice because we only had the one vehicle, but we did make an appointment to get the other two tired replaced. Then on the day we were about to bring the car in our sunroof was not working properly. Well they said to bring in the vehicle which I did and when we came back a few days later the tires were all replaced but the sunroof issue had not been looked after. Now I understand things happen, they strung us along until they could no longer give us excuses and eventually made sure everything was in working order.
I will say that the service manager Tod Stewart was a Godsend,he is honest and ethical, but sadly enough don't let issues ride, grab their management by the ears and make sure everything is documented, otherwise buyer beware.
In closing half the staff cares and the other half don't even know whats going on.
My best to Tod Stewart you are a professional, and so is the staff you manage, the other two thirds of that dealership needs help.

Thank you
A concerned customer.

2010 Nissan Rogue did not open from inside or outside. Mechanic that was put on the job did not know anything about removing a door panel. They ended up breaking all the clips inside the door, the internal door handle that the rod clip onto and the outside door lock wires. After doing so, I was informed that everything needed to be replaced new. The mechanic did not even know how to reassemble the door back to the way I took it in. Nissan parts are all plastic and care needs to be taken when repairing. These individuals had no care.

We bought a 2011 Nissan Rogue SV from this dealership in March 2014 with only 36,000 kms on it. When I took it for my first oil change last week (at 39,000 kms) my mechanic noticed that the tires were excessively worn and all 4 of them had cracks in between every single tread. As well, we noticed that the underside of the car had a lot of surface rust for something that's barely 3 years old.

We took it to Morningside Nissan and the sales associates assured us that they would fix the problem because the damaged tires were a safety hazard. When the Sales Manager (Munesh) and Service Manager looked at it they said they wouldn't do anything about it.

We asked for a refund of the balance of the extended warranty he said that the person who sold us the car no longer works there.

BUYER BEWARE, they sold us an extended warranty which isn't even good for anything.

I would NEVER recommend this dealership or their vehicles to anyone!

If there is anyone who has a NISSAN VERSA OR XTRAIL where the engine light keeps coming on AND it cannot be fixed. IT IS TIME WE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT WITH OUR NISSAN DEALER. I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY THE DEALER TIME AND TIME AGAIN I NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE GAS CAP IT SCREWED ON TIGHT, THE SENSOR NEED CHANGING WHICH I DID CHANGE AND DID NOT HELP. THE LIGHT WOULD COME ON FOR A FEW DAYS AND THEN GO OFF AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT MOST OF THE NISSAN CARS ARE HAVING THIS PROBLEM AND WHEN IT COMES UP TO GET EMMISSION TEST, THE CAR FAIL BECAUSE THE COMPUTER IS SEEING THE LIGHT AS A PROBLEM. SO WE ALL YOU HAVE THESE NISSAN CARS FORM 2007 AND ONWARD NEED TO SPEAK UP SO THIS PROBLEM CAN BE FIXED.

THIS IS CAUSING A LOT OF HEADACHED.SO PEOPLE LET BE PROACTIVE IN GETTING THIS PROBLEM FIX. HELP - CF

A friend and I went to look for new car, a salesman greeted us, and started explaining the features and benefits. Nowdays, 90% of new car shoppers already did searching and there is no need to go thru again. I asked to stop but the older oriental salesman continued on and on. He started getting mad and started yelling at us. I told him to stop and he continued on. It was a Saturday and the only manager on duty was their used car salesman, he told him to stop but the salesman continued on. We had left and had sent a few emails to that manager as well as the owner of the that specific dealer. After numerous request, NOT even one replied. This location is POORLY MANAGED, salesman are incompetent, no intergrity. no salesmanship, unprofessional, even the manager and owner did not bother to reply. It is a good indication they did not care about the business. Extremely poor service. Do NOT Go there, there are many other choices to choose from. A bad experience to buy a Nissan. I am very surprised this dealer would hire saleman so impolite.
