Like one of the family, is the way I'm always treated when I visit Miller Hughes. There have been a glitch or two with my 2017 Escape. This is where Miller Hughes really shines, and shows the customer what they're made of! There's nowhere I would rather go, when my Escape needs tender loving care!

Service completed as requested, service advisor was courteous and explained the work completed and recommended other work that should be completed with the next service. Very satisfied.

From the front line staff to the mechanics working on my car, I am always treated wonderfully. The waiting area is comfortable and offers a nice variety of drinks and food as well as newspapers and magazines. A creature comfort when waiting for your car.

I have a travelling job and I bring my Ford F150 everywhere I go. I've been to several Ford dealerships across Canada for maintenance and so far, my best experience (and actual work performed) comes from this one. My review is general for the team who handles my business but geared more towards Chris Ayotte, who handles my maintenance work the most. Chris is proactive, will tell you the time of day, great at estimating finish time for work to be performed, will call you for any important mid work decisions. Although I am the impatient type, Chris will take the time to explain what is going on, what the options are, the prices and also recommend things that seem to be overlooked at other dealerships.
I have nothing but good things to say, good job Ford Team!

Very disappointed with the service department. Billing a flat labour rate that well exceeds their hourly to do 15 minutes of work. Therefore more than doubling the bill.

Very pleased with the staff that helped to get all my needs satisfied and the customer service was great.like the commercials say...it was easy to get into a ford
