No respect for past customers
I have never been treated like this in my life! I leased a vehicle from them for 4 years. After the lease return, I was billed for a second key which I never received. I phoned them up to ask them to tell the financing company I had never received a second key at the time of pick-up and their answer "Prove that you did not get 2 keys". The Manager hung up on me, a salesperson was sarcastic, arrogant and condescending with me and to top it off, the owner tells my husband to stop calling or he will charge us with harassment. My God, is that a way to treat a past customer!!! They basically called me a liar and cannot even, for one second, say that perhaps they made a mistake. I even asked them to meet me half way, that I would pay half the amount requested for the key............wow is $110 worth them losing a customer and others that will not purchase from them knowing what they did to us!!! I am at my 3rd Jeep/Dodge vehicle and trust me, I will never purchase that make of vehicle again.
Very, very disappointment and insulted past customer.
