the service department is a joke. they don't listen to the customer. refuses to replace the part you know is defective but charges you because they changed an other part that was not required and useless.
Worst mistake of my life,buying a vehicle from Laking Toyota, Suck you in to buy ,then if you have any problems- ANOTHER STORY!!.. their service prices are ridiculous,never fixed,actually have had parts and pieces that they forgot to put back on, rude service people, their answers to any problems,"well thats just the way it is!! Most people from Sudbury will not buy a vehicle from there,they go to Timmins or North Bay,just to not have to deal with their arrogance,ignorance,rudness. Horrible,Horrible, you will regret it if you purchase a vehicle from there.
