Over priced. I went in October 2020 for a scheduled maintenance and end up spending about $600.
I went in end of Nov 2020 to get my winter tires on which I budgeted would be about $200 (I was also paying for storage) only to find out that my cooling system, timing belt and transmission needed service. This ran me $800. I was very upset and told that this service needed to be done every 4 years. Nonetheless, that is $1400 in the span of 1 month. I drive a 2017 Hyundai Elantra with a reading of about 75k. I told them I had older cars that didn't cost this much in service so soon.
Find a mechanic to service your car; it's much cheaper to say the least.

Car shopping is stressful and intimidating but I quickly realized I was at the right place once I met Francis. Unlike pushy sales people, he asked me right away what I needed and what was most important to me. My experience with him was wonderful and I am happy to say I am the proud owner of a 2017 Elantra and feel confident that I got the best deal and all the information. I thank Francis for all his genuine time and patience with me the day of purchase but mostly I feel he went above and beyond the next day when he personally picked me up to bring me to my new car and show me all the amazing features of the car - again! If you are looking for an educated and no pressure sales representative, let me personally recommend Francis and I hope he is around for me to by a lifetime of vehicles from him.
The other two people I had contact with at Hyundai were Kiran and Praveen and my brief interaction with both of them was top notch as well, so I'd say they are doing good work at this dealership for sure! Big Thank you to them!

I've bought two cars from Mississauga Hyundai, and have had great experiences both times.

It's unfortunate that people often post reviews only when they're unhappy, which will happen even at the best dealerships.
Contrary to an older review, I've dealt with Hardeep Singh and have nothing but good things to say about him. He is definitely someone who makes customer service a priority, throughout the buying process and even after the sale.
I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again, if I were in the market for a new vehicle.

It takes Hyundai of Mississauga 20 days to prepare and ship the 2011 Santa Fe after making a deal. They don't care about customer at all. It took numerous long distance calls. After you sign on the dotted line they will not come on the phone. The worse public dealing by Nav Bhatia, Hardeep Singh (sales person), Shah Ahmed (Sales Manager), and Scott Pollock (Ass't Sales Manager), at Hyundai of Mississauga will not serve you ethically, they have no morals.

I had my brakes changed a year ago the service rep took me to my car and suggested that my transmission fluid be changed. I was short on cash at hand so was in decline of it then the Mechanic starts talking and pointing at the engine oil and then to the battery area and interestingly there was a peanut shell there (how)? saying that some kind of animal has been living there..now i check my engine frequently and before I went there I had opened my hood to disconnect my stereo there was no peanut there...(strange) anyhow i went along with the service. now today i had another problem with the car i thought it was spark plugs so i decided to change it my self wow to a serious astonishment what to I find under the plastic engine cover Under the wiring right by the spark plugs 2 peanut shells. Now common!! there is no gap for any kind of animal to get into that area other than the mechanic himself. I suggest Anyone thinking of servicing their vehicle here to stay FAR FAR away. And to rethink wheather you want to even buy from such an establishment considering the type of person they have working there. Im sure one of these days someone from there will read this and know who I am talking about and maybe something will be done so not to tarnish the establishement.
