Fines service department is very friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanic is really good and knows my vehicle. Helps me understand what is required. I would recommend Fines to service your vehicle.
I bought my f150 at home , never delt with fines ford in Bolton, I work in Bolton , my truck started running rough , it needed a new timing chain installed , I was worried it wasn't going to be covered under warranty , cause I had the truck for over 4 years , so I figured I was going to get soaked for this , but it didn't cost me a dime!!! , they only had the truck for 1 day , the ladies in service were awesome, they kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, even set me up with the shuttle services , thanks a lot))), shawn
From the time I purchased my 2015 Ford Focus. Everyone in the dealership has been great.
Warranty work or customer pay service everyone is willing to work with you and have your vehicle completed in a timely manner.

The service desk is always a pleasure to deal with as long as we're speaking to someone who works at the desk itself. The service desk staff is courteous, professional and generally a happy bunch. They always go beyond what is required or scheduled. A pleasure to be serviced there!
Fines Ford has been servicing my Ford Fusion for the last few months since we moved to Bolton. I'm delighted with Ford's service. My Fusion has now reached 270,000 km with very few issues.
I have been going to Fines for car service since 2000
Two Lincolns later and many services
that were reliable .. something has changed in the service dept. and I won't be back.
Snows were put on my vehicle in mid December and an oil change.. this took 2 and a half hours!!
One snow tire had a bulge and they still put it on and told me I needed a replacement. It should have never been put on . The post oil changes I had over the years always gave me a new windshield sticker for a reminder
for new oil change date. The old sticker was left on the windshield.
I asked to have my brakes checked and we never got a report nor was it on the paper diagram receipt.
The lady rep in the service dept. was extremely polite and patient but
she was the only one there.
There looked to be skeleton staff in the garage service area.
Is Bob Fines reducing his service dept. staff..?
It's a shame . I always counted on Fines...but not anymore.

I had very good service once I was able to get an appointment. i have not been able to get an appointment the next day , I hope that if I did need an appointment for the next day they would try to accommodate me. Have always used Fines Ford.
Took 7-8 hours for a diagnostic and a oil change. They were suppose to follow up once parts were in, but failed to do that and resulted in me calling. Service rarely answers phone.
Great I'm both the sales and service departments
I would return to buy a car from Mike because I think he is a caring salesman trying to fit your needs so that you are happy.
The Service team are a great group and I can always count on them to get the job done.
We had a great experience when purchasing our 2013 Ford Escape at Fines, but that is where our satisfaction ends and once they get your money they really don't care. We took our vehicle in for maintenance and it was nothing but a hassle. The service department is horrible to deal with and Liz, the Service Coordinator, was just plain rude. An airbag recall could not be completed on a previous visit as the parts were not available and I was told to come back in the Fall. No problem. When I took the vehicle back in, I was told by Liz that they would not be doing the recall because my airbag warning light was not on. I asked her to look into this a little further as I was told the repair would need to be completed once the part was available. She was rude, abrupt and clearly felt I was trying to waste their time. As it turned out, I did need to have the recall work done and was told in huff 'it will take a long time'. I'm not sure why it was such a hassle to get this work done when it was a recall issued by Ford? Our dissatisfaction only got worse when we were told one of the issues (a problem with the heat exhaust shield) was caused by our actions and as such would not be covered under warranty. We expected we may get this response. We did quite a bit of research and determined that many people were having the same issues with the exhaust shield falling due to cheap parts and poor design around the bolts. We ended up dealing with Gino, who advised that even if it was a design flaw, there was no recall for it, and as such it would not be covered. The final straw was Gino making an accusation that we were attempting to commit warranty fraud. We found this extremely offensive and it couldn't be further from the truth. We can replace the part ourselves for less than $100 - it has nothing to do with money. All we wanted was for Ford to stand by their product and for the dealership where we purchased our vehicle to go to bat for us. Needless to say, we should have listened to the warnings of other disappointed family and friends and gone elsewhere! Definitely won't be going back for service....and unfortunately not to purchase now either.
Ordered new Transit in Oct of 14. March 11 2015 still waiting for pick up of it. Dealer has had it from Feb 19, 2015. This is business? Not very impressed after spending $125,000 in new trucks at this dealership.
AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Purchased a new F 150 from a sales guy named Aaron Cisco, really knew his trucks. Got a great price, and someone who actually knew what they were talking about.
