I would highly recommend Scott Smolens team at Remax. We had a very out of the norm circumstance. My husband and I live in Texas and virtually bought our first house in Maryland with Scott’s team. Scott and Stacey were great to work with. They made this process so easy and seamless. Especially buying from 1200 miles away and while being first time homebuyers. 10/10 would recommend over and over!!!

I've been using Scott and Stacey for well over a decade, and they are simply amazing! In addition to finding my wife and me our current home, they've been helping me find renters for my rental property over the last dozen years. However, it was time to sell as we took another step toward our retirement goals. The timing of the sale had me worried since we would be traveling to Australia a mere three weeks after it hit the market.

Less than a week on the market, I already had an offer, but a few items needed to be addressed per the inspection. Scott assured me there was nothing to be concerned about and he had people who could handle all the relatively minor repairs at a fair price. It was such a relief to be on the other side of the world knowing I had nothing to worry about. I returned from our trip, and everything was moving according to schedule. Five stars is not high enough for these two highly energetic professionals. I don't know how they do it, but I wish I knew where they got their source of energy because I could use some of it myself.
