I had to bring my Ford Focus in last Friday morning (no appointment) with a very sick transmission. Ken, the Service Manager, took it for a test drive right away, and confirmed that there was something wrong and that I shouldn't be driving the car. Not only did he arrange to have it fixed right then and there (again, no appointment!), he also promised me that he would have a rental car or the shuttle drive me to my 10:30 appointment if the car wasn't fixed in time. As it turned out, my car was fixed within an hour and I was on my way. Ken, thank you so very much for your kindness and generosity .... I have told everyone what tremendous service you provide at Eastgate Ford :-).

Greg was fantastic to work with... he found us the vehicle we wanted with all the features we were looking for and gave us a fair trade on our vehicle. I just purchased a 2017 Ford Expedition Platinum demo last week from Eastgate. The vehicle was competitively priced, and I was given a fair trade in on my used F150. Brian in sales was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to return my calls. I look forward to dealing with them more in the future when I service my vehicle, and hopefully when I purchase my next one.

In general I always have a good experience when I use the Eastgate Ford service center (on Parkdale). The staff is friendly and professional.
Recently, I had my truck inspected for a seam separation in the front two interior doors of my 2013 Ford Explorer. The separation is not a matter of wear and tear or in an area with passenger contact. The Service Manager, Ken, who completed the inspection said “this is not the first time he has seen this issue”. This clearly confirm a quality issue with the material/adhesive/craftsmanship. Yet, when I called the Ford 1-800, I was left to feel my issue is the first and only occurrence.
Ford Canada told I was over the warranty period and there is likely nothing Ford can do, however, I may qualify for financial assistant. I respect that companies have policies, but my vehicle is 3 years old and about to have a very ugly interior because of the workmanship. There was a reason why I like to drive brand new vehicles and now if feel like I am in a used vehicle.
I was contacted by Ford Eastgate and notified Ford Canada will pick up 40% of the repair cost. Eastgate Ford, said when Ford contributes to an after warranty adjustment, the dealership is expected to participate. Ford Eastgate participation is 15%. This leaves me the owner with the balance of the expense at 45% of the cost and this equates to $800.00 for poor quality on a 3 year old vechile. For a company who stands by the quality of their workmanship, how is this good customer service. Between purchase and leasing, this is my 3rd Ford Vehicle and likely my last. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am with both Ford Canada and Ford Eastgate.

Service was done in an efficient manner and on time as the advisor promised. But I was not informed that I should come back to retork my lug nuts after I had to go back in and ask this myself. After leaving dealership I realized that they also had not reset my service message centre for oil changes back to 100% as well as not checked tire pressure. Not the kind of premium service I expected:-(. Which explains why I purchased my truck elsewhere

I took my Ford Focus in for an oil change and system check before my drive to New York. Service staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My car was ready within a half hour, shorter than the estimated time. I will definitely return for all of my service requirements.

This facility is simply too busy. Staff never seem happy. Arrogance abounds.
"If you don;t like it here, there is the door" is how you might be treated.
Good luck with any type of immediate service even in the event of an emergency..you will wait days... Only the shuttle service drivers seem content with what they do.
Further, the construction in the area is never ending. Brutal getting in and out. If you did not buy your Ford here, beware....you will become second fiddle. All Ford owners should be treated equally.

Phoned Robin the sales coordinator on the 17th of Aug. got me in on the 18th at 2 p.m. I drive a 2016 Mustang convertible and there was a little leak on the drivers side they fixed it no problem, then I asked about installing backup sensors it has everything else but no backup sensors $360 plus tax and they did a very good job only took about an hour and a half prior to that I went to 2 audio stores one quoted $450 plus tax and it would take 5 hours because they would have to remove the bumper and the other one $479 plus tax and 5 and a half hours and again have to remove the bumper Eastgate did not remove the bumper and only took them an hour and a half with fixing the leak about 2 hours total Great experience I bought the car from Eastgate and that's were it will be taken for service......thank you Ladies and gentlemen I really appreciate it.......Great job all around.

Purchased a 2016 Mustang GT. Brought the vehicle in (in a very clean condition) for a oil and filter change. When the job was done and the vehicle was returned to me, there was dirty/ oily hand and palm prints all over the driver side door......was not very impressed.........surely the person looking after my car could have taken a few extra seconds to take a soft cloth to the door and cleaned it.

I recently bought a 2016 F-150 from eastgate ford the customer service is amazing there I had no problems with my truck till July when I had no exhilaration periodically while driving so I took a picture of the icon that came up on my dash board and took it in for them to look at, they asked how long they had to look at it I said well I do have to leave for work at 4pm so they called me around 3:15pm asking me to come in to talk about the truck.
When I got to the dealer ship they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with my truck which I understand cause the problem only happened when it wanted to. I believe the gentle men helping were Shawn and Mike at the service counter offered to put me in a rental covered by them and they would look deeper into my truck as I gave them a short time frame to work with.... So I was put into a flex for a week while they ended up fixing my throdle body which was covered under warranty and now has an extended warranty on that part!! I am now driving my beautiful truck with no issues!!! Thank you eastgate Ford for taking such great care of your customers!!! -Brandy

I have dealt with Eastgate Ford my entire driving life. My parents went to Eastgate from the time they opened. We have been treated fairly and with excellent service. I trust their knowledge of my needs to be able to recommend a vehicle when my current one has passed its time. The service department has always done a good job and advised me of problems that I did not know about. Because of Eastgate Ford I always have a safe car.

I bought a used car from Eastgate Ford with around 10,000 km. The add in the auto trader cited the vehicle came with satellite radio, however, after purchase I went to order the XM service to find the car was not equipped for XM at all. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Eastgate, they basically told me its not their problem and hope that I enjoyed my vehicle. I will never purchase a vehicle with them again as they are dishonest and do not stand by their ads that drew me in to purchase the vehicle.

When I started shopping for my 2011 F150 in the fall I visited several dealerships in the Hamilton Area. Eastgate Ford welcomed me promptly and treated me like a King. I was not sure if I was buying a Truck or Staying at a Ritz Carleton. Good Job. Will be back to buy several more vehicles in the future.
