My van is a 2014 dodge caravan sxt well not even a year after had the Idiling pully replaced, sliding drivers door adjusted now needs to be again cause they cant seem to get it right, passenger front door when opens makes a rubbing noise again, said they rotated my tires but was never done BUT signed off saying they did said they topped up fluids never done, left the van since 9am never got a call I had to call them at 5pm and work was not done they couldn't look at it oh so pissed off with this place they totally ripped us off I will fight these people now my warranty is over by 400 k so reporting them to OMVIC their service is awful always short techs front desk service people just rude never a smile when u walk in. Never again will I buy a vehicle from them RATING IS ZERO

I think the two places are working together to make sure they can rip off as many people as possible. The service department at DD will make up whatever they can to make sure they steal your hard earned money while Meineke will waste time with unneeded work and when possible bring it to DD to further screw you. STAY AWAY.

I went to Durham Chrysler to possibly buy a car, it took he salesman an half an hour to get car, I did a test drive, came back inside to get a price, they made me wait another hour for that then the price was ridiculous, they play all the games in the worls very sad place to try to buy a car, go there you will surely find that out.

I visited this showroom today after confirming the presence of the vehicle in the lot twice with sales Rep Al. Reached there after 2 hours of drive from Caledon and upon my arrival not only they took 45 mins to find the vehicle but the milege on the vehicle were false from 50000 in ad vs 79000 a huge difference. The price was not matching as well and when I snapped at them, they all started chi chatting in the room, going here n there! Felt more like a hypocrisy being planned! And at the end they tell me that the car just got sold while you were here! Whereas the rep told us in the beginning that "yeah I knw which vehicle u guys want just wait and I will get it" Seriouly you think you can make ppl fool like that. They misrepresented the ad, the car was not even in lot.., the sales rep lied that it is in the lot. So unprofessional. How can you do that to a customer who is coming to your showroom after 2 hrs of travel. The atmosphere was soo unwelcoming and dark there. Would not reccomend to anyone.

I have no issues with my Jeep; however, the service at this dealership is sub-standard. The service department does not follow through on the request for service and is not proactive in keeping the customer informed. Seems like there is much confusion in the service department - the technicians don't properly log customer requests. The service manager failed to return my calls when I had concerns. Will not return to purchase or have service completed at this dealership. Rating of zero.

If I could give no stars I would. This is a great dealership to go to if you love terrible service. The service receptionist is beyond rude and ignorant with terrible customer service. The only thing this dealership is good for is taking money. Went to have something very simple fixed that would have taken literally 2 minutes they took my vehicle came back said no we can't help you unless you make an appt and pay $150 um no thanks went down the road to Menzies and what do you know they fixed my issue in 2 minutes every employee there was polite and helpful. They fixed my vehicle which useless durham wouldn't, and didn't charge me $150 either. Durham dodge has lost a customer for life and Menzies has gained one. This wasn't the first time I've had issues with durham either before when my other vehicle was there I needed to get the keys to them and the lovely receptionist in service had the audacity to tell me she would not send a shuttle to get the keys instead I should walk them there she doesn't have time for me. What a joke this dealership is.

Made the sorry mistake of leasing a Dodge Ram from these people. At the end of the lease, they offered me $3,000 less than the buyout WITH NO DAMAGE!!. Another dealership offered me $2,000 more than the buyout but DDC wouldn't allow me to sell it. At the end of the day, I bought the lease out and sold it to the other dealer. Paying the tax on the sale cost me $1,500 to get $5,000 but I wasn't going to allow DDC to have it. If you are shopping for a dealer with an ethical sales team and reasonable owner, you may want to keep looking.

very poor customer service. went there to get my car fixed. Appointment made for the morning. Returned in the afternoon to pick it up and they had not even looked at it, the lady at the sevice desk was extremely rude and at one point even rolled her eyes at me. Got my car back went down the road and had it fixed. Lesson learned never again dodge

Unfortunate- you can make all the cars you want but if you do not provide basic customer service- you won't have anyone to sell the vehicles too!
