The Service Department is always friendly, good at booking appointments and keeping them on time. Always helpful with any questions and if they don't have the answer, they are quick to find it for you.

They do the little things like cleaning the trailer connector just in case the little bit of rust/road salt causes problems. Always greet you with a smile and the job is done right for a reasonable price.

I had done my shopping before I visited A&B in response to their letter. They were the most competitive price and very open and up front about everything. It was a refreshing experience compared to one I had in Kanata, seems A&B could get the truck I was looking for. Kanata said there where none around and tried to up sell me something I didn't want.

Phoned A&B First thing in the morning on Monday October 24th to service my car sometime that week before putting it into winter storage . They found an opening that afternoon and performed service on the car. I spoke with several of A&B employees while there and am surprised that they know me by name (before even looking me up on their computer). I take my car here and enjoy the friendliness here and their professionalism. Unlike some of the big City like Dealerships in Ottawa that I take my other car to ,I don't feel like they are trying to squeeze every cent out of you that they can.
I had booked an oil change and on inspection found my front brakes were low. After getting a price I accepted, the work was completed in very good time and price was as quoted.
A&B always on point when it comes to vehicle service and customer satisfaction.

Took my 2005 Ranger in for the air bags recall. I have been waiting a year for parts from Ford. I was very specific that I would wait and do both side at the same time so I was not running back and forth. I have always had great experiences at A&B, but this time for some reason they "did not have the correct part". There was an "interim" fix performed and I was told I would need to bring the truck back but they could not tell me when.
So here is my concern, I have been driving my truck for over a year under a recall. This air bag problem can be serious. Now I have a interim fix which was not explained to me what it is and I have to keep driving the truck indefinitely until I get the "call"
Sorry A&B I know you try but in this case, Ford and others have let me down.

Had time in my day and popped in to the service department to see if they had time to do an oil change on my Flex while I grabbed lunch. The staff always friendly and fun to deal with said yes. It's always a pleasure to deal with anyone at A & B Ford. They know their stuff and aren't pushy.
Took vehicle in for repairs & oil change.

A&B Ford in Perth is the only place I take my vehicles(3). I drive 1 hour to get there and passed two other ford dealerships to get there,Why? Because they are the best! Right from the minute you walk in you are treated like Family. The super friendly staff go out of there way to make sure that you and your vehicle receive the best service and the quality of their work is second to None! Once you experience the service and meet the staff you won't go anywhere else.

We had our car in for a regular service plus Brake check. Everything about the experience was great. We were told it would take 2 hours and it was ready (and washed) early. Price was less than estimate. It was quick and easy to book the appointment at our preferred time. Another great experience with A&B Ford.
