If I can give them 10 stars, I would. I recently has an accident with my vehicle, the insurance company wanted me to bring it to their "authorized" shop. I really wanted to bring it to my dealership to get it fixed because I rather have a dealership fixed instead of an "authorized insurance" bodyshop. The person I delt with was very professional and kept me updated for the whole process. Will recommend to everyone.

I've had my Santa Fe with them since 2011. I always go back to them for service because they are honest and reasonable with prices. I always know what I need for my car when I book an appointment. They will explain everything when I have questions.

So I was having troubles with my car battery recharging so I brought the car over to another dealer in Scarborough before this (Not going to name it). They told me the alternator was fine and it was ok but it is my battery that needs replacing, they even showed me some print out of some machine doing a test. I was very mad because I had to boost my car every morning and I just replaced my battery a few days ago. I decided to try another local dealership. The experience was actually complete opposite. They asked me questions to help diagnose the issue. Near the end of the whole thing, they replaced my alternator for me and the kicker was the print out showed the battery was fine and the alternator didn't have the correct voltage. I think the other dealer just wanted me to spend money.

I had a few issue with my 2012 Elantra, it was shifting very harshly, engine light on, the hand brake didn't work, weird noise coming from the front and also the steering wheel had some peeling issues. I called up my nearest dealership which was Agincourt, they booked an appointment for me which was quick and easy. I went in and waited probably 20 minutes and they gave me an update telling me it would be a couple of hours. The guy I talked to was Seng, he offered me a shuttle home and in the afternoon I got a call informing me the car was fixed and the shuttle was coming. Customer service is very important to us consumers and this dealership is bang on with their service.

when to the dealer for service, always went to them, never anyone else. they treat you like family and help you when you need it. dealt with Asif this time, very good guy.

due for a 6m/12k service, price was reasonable and at the end of the whole service they asked if I wanted a complementary car wash, YES PLEASE Other dealerships should learn from them

I had an issue with my AM radio. They checked it out and ordered a part. I told them I needed a loaner when I dropped it off, they gave it to me no question asked. I just don't get why people are giving them bad reviews.

When I purchased my car I never thought of getting a remote starter and backup camera. I decided to call my dealer to see if they can install something for it. They gave me a very reasonable quote which I decided to go ahead with. I left my car there and surprisingly I got a loaner vehicle. At the end of the day came back to get my car and wow spending the money was definitely worth it.

Went for my oil change, completed within 30 minutes including a car wash. Why go to quick lube places when you can go to Agincourt.

I own a 2008 Santa Fe and I love it. I have been going to this delaership for years and I was never once unhappy. The advisors greet you immediately when you come in, the mechanics are genuine and honest without trying to upsell you on stuff if you don't need it, the appointment coordinator goes out of his way and makes every effort to get a convenient time and shuttle for your appointment, and the service manager is exceptional at resolving any issues you have. I have not had much experience with the Sales side but I'm sure it's as great as the Service side. Keep up the good work and great service guys!
