I purchased a both a 2002 and 2008 Honda Accord from this dealership. In 2010 I purchased a 2010 Accord from a different Honda dealership. The management of Kings County Honda flatly refused to service my vehicle. The manager went so far as to call me a liar saying that I purchased my car from a GM dealer which he claimed were also selling Honda's.
Honda Canada did not even respond to my complaint about this refusal and the very nasty email written by the owner of this dealership.
Not good business at all.
