We are so pleased we chose Jim Hatheway Ford to purchase our new F150. Our salesperson & finance person were extremely professional & honest (yes, honest car salesmen exist!). We are proud to be able to but local but still get a good deal. The service & respect we received was exceptional. This was our 2nd vehicle we purchased here & would recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation. I can't say enough good things about Hathaway Ford in Amherst N.S. The staff are pleasant and very accomadate me in every way .They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.I was in for my oil change ,rotation of tires.I had rotor problems, they fixed them the same time.I live in New Brunswick but buy at this dealership because of it's excellent service...Linda Creelman

They charged me for the tire repair, I told them I had road hazard warranty. They insisted we didn't have it. We pd the bill and came home and found our road hazard warranty papers. We called them right up and they said they would have to check and find out. They discovered that we did have it and that it was some how not filed. So they said the next time we were near the dealership to stop in and they would reimburse our money. The engine also needed scanned but they did not have the proper machine for it, where our car is a chev and them being a Ford dealership. So no scan was preformed...hope nothing happens to our engine.

Awesome experience... we took our Ford Edge (which is a great vehicle) in for some regular maintenance and this dealership was quick and did excellent work. They shuttle us to where we needed to go and the service was awesome.
