Bull Run Kitchen And Bath remodeling

I had Bull Run Kitchen and Bath remodel my kitchen. It turned out good, but the hinges the company used had a single screw holding them in and after a year, most needed to be replaced. I figured since they did a good job with the kitchen, I hired them to do two bathrooms, recarpet the stairs, stain and paint the stair railings as well as some other custom remodel repairs. I was told the entire project would take about 2 weeks. They barely got half the project done in the last 3 years. I had to order the cabinets not once, but twice because they didn't have any record of ordering them the first time. I've checked back a few times and they claim they still haven't gotten them. I waited a year and finally did the work myself. I'm disabled and used to do all repairs / construction at home myself. I just thought that I would have someone else do the work this time. Never again, if you want something done right, do it yourself.
