I was very pleased with the ladies in the service department. My vehicle needed an oil change and they made an appointment for me that week. At the same time I asked to order a part for my vehicle. The lady at the parts helped me order my part, I paid for the order, she said it will be in on Friday. Service added the installation for my part at the same time. Later I noticed she made the parts bill out to the wrong person. I called and asked if I can get this fixed, they said they can't do anything about it. I explained if I get into an accident within the first 6 months I can claim the new part but it has to be under my name.They then advised that they can only do something when the part arrives. Friday comes my vehicle goes in and I get a call from service advising me my part I paid for didn't make it on the truck. I was grateful for them calling me. When I went to pick up my vehicle the service ladies asked the parts gal when might it be in. Her rude response was "I don't know , it should've been here today". I will go back to Ford only because of the service ladies. Parts gal had an attitude that she needs to get rid of infront of clients.

Very satisfied with the service I received at Thompson For while trading in my vehicle for some new wheels. Singh was very friendly and help, making it an enjoyable experience.

I recently called Ford in Thomson to check on when I was due for my next oil change as I was heading out of town. When I spoke to the service department they indicated that my Edge was indeed due. Understanding that I was going out of town they booked me for the following day.
Dropped my vehicle off, got a ride back home and within an hour my Edge was ready. Upon pickup, my service was reviewed clearly and I was on my way.
They department also offered to book my next appointment and text me a reminder closer to the date to ensure that I don't miss it. Above and beyond as always.
Still absolutely love my Edge and tell people all the time. Best vehicle I have ever owned.
